Anyone 12 stones to 11 stones

Morning all!

After dreading my WI all week I actually managed to lose weight (-1.25lbs) This has taken me into the single figures of the 12's - sounds silly I know but I felt like it was a good achievement!!) Now weigh 12st 8.75!! Only 1lb away from my 1.5stone award so I am determined to do it this week!!

I am finally allowed in this group as I've just lost 4 pounds and now am 12'12 (first time in a year) but really want to get into 11's and really need everyone's help x

Good evening my lovely friends. I'm back home from the cold, wet UK.

I've obviously had a great holibobs - as I've managed to gain 1.3 kg (2.87 lbs) so I'm still within Target range but back into the 12's at just under 12 st 2 lbs.

So back to the plan and try and get back under 12 by Xmas so that I can gain it all again on my Xmas holiday at an all-inclusive hotel . . . oh well. These things are sent to try us.

Thankyou that means a lot you'll get there I believe in the plan 100% I think it's amazing . Had a flexi day Saturday and was so much happier on Sunday eating healthier and better again . This way of living is here to stay

Glad to see some nice downward shifts! Not been on here for two weeks. Had to miss class last week due to funeral and then had sts the week before so not looking forward to weigh in. The shameful number of alcohol units consumed till 4.30 am at the casino on my friends bday on sat is sure to be evident on the scales! That's unless the fact I could not eat a thing on sun evens it out. Wish me luck off to wi ladies!!!
