Anyone 12 stones to 11 stones

Role call :)

Just been wondering how far we are all from the the 11's...?

I need 7lbs, just 7 little pounds....
 
I'm 12st0.5lbs! So I have everything crossed that I will lose at least 1lb this Monday weigh in to wave goodbye to the 12s forever! :)

Ahh, 0.5lbs away is frustrating haha!

I've still got 5 to go... This side of the 12s feels so much better than the other side though. Hopefully 2 or 3 more WIs and I'm there!
 
Errrm I'm there. I don't want to go through the 11s to 10s so I use this thread as my "home" as there are some lovely peeps on here to talk to!

But currently sitting at 12st exactly - need to lose the 4 lbs I put on celerating getting to target and on holibobs!
 
i'm a whole stone away, i was 12 12.5 but then last week gained and went to 13 stone BUT i didn't see the point in joining another thread as i WILL be back in the 12s on monday!!

also, Toni, to make you breadcrums do you use a blender? I only have a hand blender would that work? x

Yeah, that's all I use, a hand blender. Just break it up into bits and blend it a piece at a time as it's a bit easier to get it all into breadcrumbs, otherwise you end up with big lumps of it stuck together inside the blender head or in the bottom of the container your using :)
 
I lost 3 pounds today taking me to 12.8 :) its funny the '12s' were such a achievement but now I need to be in the 11's lol x
 
I lost 1/2 yesterday so I am now 12st 2 lb so need 2 1/2lb until I get to the 11's. I am hoping it will be in the next couple of weeks but I have been in the 12's for a very long time to not counting on it too much
 
I lost some of my holiday gain - lost 1 lb - was hoping for more as it was better on Saturday. But the last 2 days of eating out has not helped.

At least I'm back in target range though.
 
Need a telling off please.

Had a bad weekend as I knew I would as I had a Grand Slam to celebrate! :)

I can't go to group tonight coz I'm going to a celebration in Cardiff Bay for the grand slam (yes, by the way, I do love rugby!! :) )

The problem is, I need to get my mind back on track without weighing. I know I put on last week although haven't weighed so need something to motivate me for this week.

I am, however, away this week. I have a course with work in London so leaving Cardiff tomorrow afternoon course is wednesday & thursday and will be having buffet lunch but am staying on at the hotel for an extra 2 nights. I'm planning on eating loads at the hotel for breakfast (bacon, beans, scrambled eggs and wholemeal toast) and try and live on steak in the evenings, lol, I'm hoping this leads to less buffet eating. :)

I'm finding it difficult to get my motivation back when a) I don't know how much I have gained this week and b) am not in control of my food this week.
 
Shumai dreamslim but, congratulations on the slam, well deserved. Have your celebration then get back on plan best you can. I had a conference abroad a couple of weeks back and thought it would ruin me keeping at target. Had loads of socialising and beers, no sw friendly food provided at lunch buffet (rolls and buns) then more beers.... Went original when I could, hotel breakfast (no toast, just ham and eggs, slice of cheese. ..) managed a canteen lunch by going to the salad bar for large salad and then getting a pork chop to go with it. Sneaky peak showed 2lb over target, couple of days back on plan saw me back on target. A week later nearly 2lb under target. Make the effort where you can, don't worry about it.

Thanks!! I actually felt like I'd lost weight this week for prob the first time ever so was expecting more but it's totm so I'm really pleased with that :)
