Anyone 25st or over on CD ?

Hello. I am back to the diet after messing up on my birthday and I was wondering how many minimins are actually over 25stones and doing cambridge?

This is a genuine question because all the time I have been reading (not posting) I did not find anyone who was as heavy as me (27stones).

By the way I am a 27 year old male. :)

Hi Hun (love the name) and welcome to Minimins. When I started I weighed 27st - was 29st at one stage and have lost 11st 3lbs in almost 7 months and I'm a woman. I'd imagine that you would lose as much if not more in that time because you blokeys always seem to lose it faster than us women..lol.

Indeed we have a lot of weight to lose, but we will get there! :D

The hardest part is getting into ketosis now, I am feeling the carb withdrawals already lol. :cry:

But as they say:
"The more you drink, the more you shrink!"

So water is my friend...
I even got the water flavorings from my CD and I found them very strong and sweet, will have to get a tiny tiny spoon to properly measure it when I mix with ice cold water.
It tastes good though, like those Volvic's waters :p

I find that I use literally the tip of a tea spoon in a 750ml bottle and then I get 4 bottles out of my 1 tea spoon allowance...

There farrrrrrr to stron otherwise. I think someone not on ketosis measured the dose!

Put up with the few crappy days where carbs call your name!

U will feel wonderful before you know it!

Iv got 8 stone to loose... So probably not much different to you... I couldprobably loose 10 but my goal is 12 for now!

Do u have mini goals to keep u going??

Like...

Get through day 1-4
Loose 1 stone
Get in to.... Par of jeans

Etc?

Give it a go will keep you motivated on the tough days!!
