Anyone at 8st wanting to 7st

Hi guys ive Been doing slimming world for 1 year i started of at 10.10 ive Managed to get down to 8.7 which im really pleased with but i went a bit mad at christmas. And im back to 8.13 really want to loose abit more but would love support guys XXX.

How tall are you? I'm 8st 10lb at the moment down from around 9st 10lb, took me around 2 years with my weight yoyo ing aroun 9st 2lb and 8st 13lb but finally managed to get to 8st 10lb! I'm 5ft 3lb and not sure what weight I want to get down to, i'm thinking 8st 5lb?

Hey tigger.88 im 5ft 3 weigh around at the moment 8st 6 after being really good all week and last week my target is 8stone would love to get there by easter what about you Hun.

Hey, Laramay, I'm still a fair way away but my goal is 8st. And if at all possible, I would like to dip into the 7s after that, I'm only little, 5ft exactly, so I would still be a normal weight range and I would definitely need moral support How are you doing so far?
