Anyone doing the bars only?

    As think this is what I am going to try. I don't get the shakes as there made up with milk and im used to meal replacements with water lol x

    The asda dropweight shakes are made up with water only,, im not keen on the bars at all but thats me being fussy lol.
    Im not sure if the tesco ultraslim are made with milk or water but im sure someone will come along and tell you this

    I mix and match between the shakes, hot chocolate and the bars (tesco'sultra slim not slim fast) I try and not have the bars too often though as I think they give me slight constipation :-(

    I like the fact that you make them with milk.... Means I'm still getting a good calcium intake!

    couldnt imagine drinking shakes made with water , tried herbalife years ago and they were made with water then , mad me gag, but each to their own
    i have used the slimfast bars but they dont fill me up like the shakes do
    i drink a large glass of water then the shake (tesco ultraslim) then another large glass of water
    this keeps the hunger away for a good few hours
