Just wondering if anyone has done the Couch to 5k running program?

Thinking about starting it this coming week once I get a repair done to my treadmill.

I've not done it as a running programme, but I had a look at it and kind of adapted it to get started on my bike. When I got my bike out at Christmas I could barely cycle 1-2 miles round the village - but now I happily cycle 7.5 miles to work and back. I found it really good to just keep doing a bit more. Good luck :)

Got it on my iPhone but not tried it, there is a thread in the calorie counting section about it :)
