Been for my weigh in this week one day early to find that I have put on 1lb since last week!! I have not cheated at all, so why is that???
I have lost huge amounts to date (11 and half stone) so why now? whats different, same food, same 5 - 6 litres of water every day, no new exercise etc did have jeans on though whereas I usually wear trousers
Anyone else experienced this, its certainly a downer for me I have not cheated once in the last 27 weeks so this is a real kick in the teeth.

keep up with my full story on my blog The Big Diet

    Best wishes Alan

Hi Alan, I have come across people that has happened to, so you are not alone, many reasons for this, the main being water, when Im on CD I can fluctuate 6lbs from 8 am to 8pm due to the amount of fluid.

Keep with it, you are doing fab, and the water will flush away x

Dont be down. I have been reading your Blog and you and your wife have done so well.

Maybe your body just needs a bit of time to adjust. Dont forget the average weight loss is 1 stone a month you have been getting double that. Bet you get a big loss next week.

    Take care

    Thanks

thankyou for your words of support, I have just been taking photos of me in my old and new suits and added them to my blog. Doing this has made me feel much better about the mammoth loss to date and not just a "blip" week
check out the photos on my blog The Big Diet

    Just seen your photographs.

    OMG what a difference.

I put on 6lb one week but that was within the first month. Still don't know fully why that happened.

I have not had a gain week as yet but my councellor says it is no unheard of and could be due to heavier clothes, water retention or just drinking lots before your WI.

I just checked out your pics - WOW-WEE!!!!!!!

You have done so amazingly well and the home stretch is in sight :D

I love the photo of yourself and your wife in your old suit trousers!!!

Your pound gain could well be due to the weight of the jeans you wore for WI as you said yourself on your blog your other trousers are lighter and also during hot weather everyone is more inclined to retain water.

Looking forward to seeing photos of you in your new suit!!!

    Love Mini xxx
