Anyone else get a sore mouth from eating pineapple?

if you try and make jelly using fresh pineapple or kiwi it wont set :-(

The core of the pineapple is what "Burns" ur mouth. The tingly feeling is the acid in the core. Even if u core it some bits will remain. Just make sure the pineapple is nice and ripe and u cut off as much core as possible!

My daughter wont eat it because "it burns her throat"!!! Makesmy mouth tingle a bit. I thought it was because its a natural antiseptic?

I adore pineapple but it makes my mouth tingle too. What is worse for me is tomatoes. They make my tongue really sting

how weird i thought i imagined it. At least now i know im not. Also how do you get you slimming world rewards to show on here and how do you get the little trackers on the bottome of your posts that i keep seeing?

click any tracker and it takes you to the website and there's a button for creating one of your own..

the "stickers" are put into your signature by you..
there's a sticky thread somewhere explaining how to do it..
you'll need more than 50 posts before you can get more than one or 2 in there though..
