Step 1 Sole Source Anyone else new to this?:)

Right, so I'm starting again. I'm on day one again, I've gained some weight back since September (not sure how much, I didn't weigh myself this morning) but most of it is still off. To be fair I've been eating like a pig! Anyway, I've got 5 weeks until I go back home for my high school reunion and I'm determined to stay 100% until then! Plus I got a new job starting in January and I have uniform fitting in December so I'd love to be size 12 by then, which is not much to ask I think?:)
I'll update my re-starting weight tomorrow. Already having massive chocolate cravings plus trees cakes around me and no one else in the office since I'm on nightshift! I've got to kill these tempting thoughts in my head..
