Anyone else who takes Metformin/Glucophage?

Hi all,
I have recently been prescribed metformin/glucophage to take as I have Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome, just wondered if anyone else is on this medication either for the same condition or for diabetes and would be interested to learn the effect/if any on their weight losses?

maybe have a look into Saw Palmetto - it is a natural form of metformin (obviously am in no way suggesting you should ditch your meds or anything, just maybe something to look further into)

Steer clear of sugary/starechy foods for best results with your condition.
