I have only recently rejoined WW but I do nightshifts and the last time I was following the plan I found it really easy.
I normally eat my 3 meals during the day on my 1st shift then take nothing with me on the 1st night, then i eat breakfast when i get up between 1 and 3pm, dinner around 6-7 pm, a light snack around nine before I go to work then I tend to take low point snacks or fruit in with me just in case I need it.
I suppose it all depends on what you usually do on your nightshifts as everyone is different in the way they cope with mealtimes.... I certainly couldnt eat a main dinner at 3am like one of the supervisors here does, lol!
