I was born in Lanark, and I have never heard of Cartland Villiage! lol!

Not actually sure where I'm from now I come to think about it. I lived in a small village called Auchenheath until I was 6, and then moved to Coalburn until I was about 12/13. Then moved to Waterside (near Strathaven/Lesmahagow).

But I moved to Glasgow when I was 17, and I like to call it home. So, yeah.... I'm from... somewhere! lol!

Hi Claire

It sits on the top of the hill on the left hand side if travelling from Braidwood to Lanark and is about 1 mile before the Cartland Bridge. It used to have just farms and a couple of old houses but the farmer sold some land and now there is around 20 houses. It is pretty rural so hardly anyone has heard of it lol
