Ok,i have been a member here for a long time even thou i have been away for a while and never was really good on posting.
Ok, i was doing the cambridge diet "like" two years ago. The "like" is because instead of buying the shakes i did it with herbalife. Treated the herbalife shake the same way as the cambridge, three shakes, three meals and i lost 6 stone in six months.
I have been putting on and off for the past time but i have manage to keep it with in the limits.
But now i want to do it in a different way. I have two little girls and don't want them to pick on my food dilemmas so instead of doing it without the food i need to eat and exercise.
I'm doing turbofire, currently on week one after doing the five day inferno. I can already see results so i will keep going.
I just wanted to integrate a bit of strength exercise with it,specially my arms and tummy need a little push.
Anyway,if anyone out there is doing p90x i would really like some info.
Thanks and if there is someone doing turbofire who wants to buddy up, lets do it!!!!
