Anyone have health problems in the first few days?

If you were eating properly and had a good breakfast, lunch and dinner it wouldn't be low blood sugar. Your body may be having DT's because it is not used to not having sugar rushes. Stick with it and the feeling will pass and you will benefit from eating healthy. Good luck :)

I had terrible headaches for the first two weeks, now very rarely get headaches when I used to get two or three a week, stick with it and allow your body to detox and it will bet better.
