Well done on the run. I think it takes time for the body to get used to exercise as Im tired after my cycle & Im off sick & still knackered !
Very well done on resisting the devil grape juice! Funny enough my DH came in from work & started sniffing round the wine rack....but I gave him one of my looks & he scurried away lol! X

Ha ha, my oh has just done the exact same thing and I've told him we've got to resist - dont think he's too impressed!

I think the rushing to fit it in before work doesn't help - end up having to dash around! xx

The Abx will kick in pretty quick & I'm sure you will feel loads better by Friday. Just be careful they don't give you thrush as its a horrible side effect of them!
I'm sure you will feel a lot better being in control of the food again as well x

This will be TMI but on amoxicillin I get it terribly! I suffered from tonsillitis like 3 times a year and every time I had antibiotics I had it.... However on the ones I'm on now it says that if you get thrush to go to your doc straight away.... Not a very good thought lol!

Hoping by Friday I can be back exercising! thanks for making me smile Kim xxx

I probably will try to but I have to work with the US quite a lot with my job so I usually have to work quite late and its unpredictable as things tend to crop up last minute. At least if I go in the morning I know its done and out of the way although if I went in the evening it would stop me eating

You can get all the creams / tabs/ bombs etc from the chemist, but would probably be cheaper on prescription, but price it up if you have to. Natural yogurt is good as well. Glad I can make you smile talking about itchy n*****s!!!! LOL! Xxx

Best time to eat is 30 mins after exercise as your metabolism is still pumping, but see how you can't do it in the evening if work gets in the way! I'm like that coz I do shifts & I end up all over the place! That lottery win will come in one day! X

I did get them. Glad got the 10s as even they're tight, but I know I'm very bloated atm, so it'll be ok. Never worn that colour before, so I don't know if I like them, but OH said they look nice and assured me that I don't look like a fat sausage! I've only ever worn dark colours on my bottom half before.

Again, TMI, I found my 'high-sugar eleventeen chocolate bars a day' diet gave me thrush all the time - it was horrible!
