Nikki-I agree with Ickle if you sts most of the week then that weight will be a combination of the weight of all the food in your system and water retention from the excessive salt, be gone in no time! I think you are sooooo slim anyway-try not fret too much!

Am I the only one not in the 119ers now then :(?? I was debating wether to join but thought it was like too far away and I'll never get there!!? hmmmmmm....

I thought that too, but it gave me something to aim for. And if you decide you're perfectly happy at a weight that's higher then we're not going to force you to go down to 119 xD
 
Gosh ladies, I actually do some teaching for 2 lessons and have 4 pages to catch up on!!!!!!

Annie I have pmed you bout the graze box.

I think the 119ers is a way a way but its something to aim for. I really really dont feel comfortable with how i am at the moment.
 
I like the positive thing.
Positive 1...........I managed to do the shred before work!
Positive 2...........I havent had any syns yet today!
Positive 3...........I get to see my gorgeous best friend's gorgeous 5 day old baby tonight :-D
 
I had graze boxes for the first time couple weeks ago as there was a groupon for 4 boxes for a fiver, cancelled it after the 4 though as couldn't afford to do it all the time. Make sure you go through them all and cancel the high ones you can pick what ones you never want and what ones you love the sound of.

I got rid of all the boring ones that you could make yourself cheaply and just got the more exotic ones ;-) its nice to use syns on something healthier than crisps and choc but a shame that some are so high in syns :-(

Feeling more positive now - looking forward to trying ww tomorrow - particularly looking forward to having a bagel for breakfast and yummy fajitas at somepoint this weekend, looking through the simply filling food lists my meals are probably going to be fairly similar to what I eat now but I'm excited about food again!

Also got out the davina fit DVD and did 2 sections of that so that was an hour workout :) the aerobic section was a bit too bouncy for my ankle to do so mostly did the easier version but could do almost all of the arms section woo!

Well done everyone who is getting back on track let's all have a great week :-D x

Whoop whoop on the 2lbs Emma, thats a great loss. Good idea about 3 new recipes as I do tend to cook the same old thing, better get my thinking cap on?
First new one in a while, I did a slow cooker beef dish yesterday I haven't had in ages......my version of Beef Goulash

Cheap cut of beef with all the fat removed, onions, garlic, leeks, carrots, tinned tomatoes, glass of red wine, gravy granules, worcester sauce, tomato puree, sweetner, seasoning & paprika.... I estimated, as couldn't be bothered to measure, so reckon 2 syns per portion for the red wine & gravy granules & it made about 6 good portions

Im confused.com Emma, coz when you started the challenge you were 9st 10lbs & since then you've had a 3lb loss, a 1lb gain & now a 2lb loss! So that would make you 9st 6lbs! x
 
I think my challenge for the week is just going to be staying on plan!! Need to get my obsessive head back on haha

Hey Kim, no I was 9stone 10.5 after my 3lbs lost and then I put on 2.5 so now I'm 9 stone 11. I wish I was 9 stone 6!!! X
 
And now im about to go for 2 hours worth of utterly boring training and i bet everyone will come online lol. :-D just made my work mate sign up to graze so i get £1 off lol

Im all over the place as well Emma, in the last 3 weeks.....lost 2lbs, lost 2lbs, gained 2.5lbs (*week)! I seem to have 2 goods week per month & I dont do anything different. The only thing I could do is not have drinkies on a Friday night & see how the losses go then, but I think I'd rather do that & my weight loss be a bit slower, coz we like to have a chill out of a Friday as DH has a stressful job. Thats why on average I lose a pound per week & Im happy with that coz Im no saint when it comes to weight loss!!! x
 
Im up for a challenge....so far we have new recipes. How about an hour of exercise, your own choice, per day, as some of us have limitations like a knackered neck & a knackered ankle (Laura)!!! x
