Morning ladies
Day 8 of the shred done whilst I was doing it I thought if I'd done this sat and sun I'd be on day 10 now so a bit cross with myself for not doing it, it really is over before you know it. Must try this week to do it every day.
That post is just what i needed to read thanks Kim for posting, although as I was measuring my neck, the lad I work with said "what the..... are you doing, your obsessed" lol Me??
anyway it worked out that my body fat is 27% so acceptable, but to get it down to 23 which is middle of fitness, then need to lose 2" from waist and 2" from hips, so thats not unobtainable. last time i did the shred I lost 1" from both and didn't complete it. So that's my plan now to complete the shred (even if it does take longer, if I dont do it every day) and maintain my weight.
Emma you sound like how i feel, maybe a short break from it all like me, will help us see the bigger picture. You are in the healthy bmi bracket so maybe trying to maintain for a while will take the pressure off.
