I thought that was a pretty good WI considering I had my full length work trousers on, my full length shirt, my tights under my trousers an my bra (this puts nearly a lb on as I've weighed with and without it many times lol!!)

For every day on plan and within syns I know if a bad day arises I won't feel as bad.
The difference for me this time compared to the last while is using syns for food, butter, salad cream etc rather than just crisps and chocolate. Mainly that i am counting every syn rather than just "forgetting".
Hope my focus stays as I am liking it x

That's the beauty of keeping a diary so you can record every morsel & not forget! X

Haha the funny thin is *whispers* my boobies are non existent.... So the weight of the bra it all padding hahaha!!

Promise I won't change, I just needed to realise that I lost 3st doing it before and so I know it works :-D

I might even post diary each day I here so you can all help me :) xxx
 
Welcome back to sw nikki lol good for you and vicky going back to club hope it all goes well I'm sure you will both do great sometimes we need that little extra :)
I've had another 100% day Kim 1hexa 2x 1/2 hexb and 4.5 syns + 1/2 pack soothers (4s) didn't feel like anything else to eat tonight so sticking at that. It's wi day tommorrow not wi till next week so back to 105syns like to use them weekly :)

Haha wish I needed padding! Have my own natural padding....shrinking tho much to DH's disgust lol!
Sometimes it takes a change to see the 'grass isn't greener' & as you say you know SW works, so stick with it & you well lose. Yep post your diary & we can help & support all the way x

It sure is...think that's what is keeping me going. Then adding up how many syns I have left ;)
Am focused but not obsessed and hope it stays. I am trying to not think of calories and just eat the blinking food!!

Yep forget calories as they don't exist here in SW land as some very clever people in SW Towers work it out for us all thank goodness ! X

I find that during the week I only use between 5 and 10 maximum ( do tend to have the same food every day) but at weekend i like a wee drink and we always have something different sat/ Sunday and maybe puddings so going weekly let's me have extra on those 2 days. Not sure if it is 100% on plan cause maybe they'd class that as binge eating..... I think it works for me but then I've not lost weight for ages so maybe not he he
Do you stick to 15 a day ?

I do this too but mainly so the weekend feels different, to break it up and feel like am having something "normal" without going outwith my syns. If I use 35 syns on wine and say crisps its 20 syns more than I should have technically but its 400 cals which isn't going to add up to a major blow out. I hope it doesn't and will see how it goes.
For me sw is way of life and relaxing at weekend with some wine is my way of life. NOt sure I have enough days to pull it back before weigh in but will see come Tuesday.

Morning everyone. I think I now have a full blown sinus infection. My face feels massive and bubbly! Stocked up on pills n sinus sprays lol.
Oh is working again today so gunna do day 1 of week 2 tonight of body revolution tonight :)
Totally focused today. Had 2 bananas and an apple for breakfast n 2 pints of water! Got ham salad sandwiches and a hartleys jelly for my dinner. And a Superfree stew in the slow cooker! Gunna use my syns on a dumpling or some nibbles at a funeral i'm going to. Depends how good the buffet is!

I find that during the week I only use between 5 and 10 maximum ( do tend to have the same food every day) but at weekend i like a wee drink and we always have something different sat/ Sunday and maybe puddings so going weekly let's me have extra on those 2 days. Not sure if it is 100% on plan cause maybe they'd class that as binge eating..... I think it works for me but then I've not lost weight for ages so maybe not he he

By doing this, its more like 'normal' eating/drinking, as Im sure the majority of non-diet people do this every week & have no problems with their weight. Thats probably why you are maintaining your weight & looking back thru my stats why I've STS for a while.......good all week & then having a blow out at the weekend. This is stopping now as I really must shift the weight, but it gives me hope for when Im at target as thats the way I'll be able to maintain like you are.
I do stick between 5-15 per day & count them down weekly out of curiosity, but I dont save them for a weekend. My weekend naughties are no longer! :cry:

Nikki......I've changed you to a Wednesday weigher on the stats but it wont let me move your name up in order for some reason, but I've managed to change your weight so that you are 9st 12.5lb if thats ok, as Im presuming if you go to class it will be in the evening still & fully clothed! Try not to wear such a heavy padded bra next time tho haha!!!! x

Mushroom risotto. (35g phili soft cheese 1/2 HEXA)

Haha that's great thanks Kim. I think I'll still go in my work clothes but will definitely go for a lighter bra haha. Actually really excited for this :) xx

Okey Dokey, I update at the end of the day once we've all eaten.
Hope you will eat more than that!!!!!!!! Dont forget to eat 5-15 syns per day & maybe have some more snacks like fruit, veggie sticks as you mustn't go hungry!
Dont forget if you dont eat enough its as bad as not following plan & you wont lose as you go into starvation mode......keep the metabolism active!

I was thinking that it didn't seem much food :-/ I do have a pink grapefruit, so I might have half of that with a ww yog (1 syn) and then maybe a hot choc this afternoon and a bag of pop corn (4 syns) I'll see how I get on after my beans on toast. Hehe xx
