Today, not sure what I would call it except rubbish
Was meant to be green day but hold my hands up and this is exactly what I had so if someone can decipher what it is I would be interested know;
Toast with scrambled egg using milk and bread as healthy extras
Tuna sandwich again using bread for healthy Extra and tuna as my b choice?
Singapore noodles from take away (whilst out shopping as no time for dinner) say 10 syns? Prob more tho.
Large bag quavers at 9 syns and curly wurly at 6 syns
Not good at all and thankfully doing weekly syns. Also missed shred which not pleased about but all the walking surely helped
Hate days where life takes over and I can't get organised or focused.
My only saving grace is I haven't used up all my syns. Will get back on track tom. Be in touch x
