Morning girls I would just like to say........week......3.......DONE! Omg I'm dripping with sweat lol. Had to get a bath it's that bad lol.

I'm gunna be extra extra good this week and try not to go over 5 syns a day because I am planning on drinking a lot on Saturday. However I will take a pack lunch again to stop me from eating out. A nice box of sandwiches and a box of salad should be good n maybe a box of tuna pasta.

Had a nice night met my friend and went to cinema to see hunger games, a few weeks behind the trend lol! Loved the books even if they are for kids!! Ate a lot of junk and thought I would have used most of my weeklies but had ate quite light during the day so can turn it into a propoints day and then it's not so bad! Love having that flexibility even though I mostly want to do simply filling days. X

I try not to, families who'd have them!? lol

Whoop whoop Debs, that an amazing loss especially after the week you had last week with running around etc. There have been lots of discussions on here about weightloss & exercise & not seeing the movement on the scales, so you have to way it all up really. I bet that loss has spured you on tho?! Also, just noticed you are 0.25lbs from target, are you going lower or sticking at 8.7? x

Hey Kim yes very happy!! I want to get down to 8st 3lb then see how s feel. Just a random number.
Yesterday was Extra easy with both healthy extras, 13syns and 30day shred.
My week starts today syns wise too so need be careful with wedding coming up x

So Ladies I am supposed to be on rest day tomorrow with BR but im not going to be able to do it on saturday so do u think I should do it tomorrow and have saturday as my rest day? Or just miss Saturdays workout?
 
Am not sure Kim. Any suggestions? Morning of wedding will be busy and it starts 1pm so would need fill up on something good but don't want to be cooking to be honest so unsure what to do tho starting to think I could have boiled egg to limit the damage. We planned on maybe Tesco breakfast but maybe not now
Dinner is soup, chicken then cheese cake or something to that effect so don't imagine it would be too bad, still need syn it tho but dunno how. Then of course is the wine issue. So all in all am not sure but any feedback would be great.
Kim am not sure why am losing weight, I couldn't have been doing sw properly in past but the excercise must be helping so much.

With exercise you should always have at least 1 rest day per week but, if you're well into the swing of it, just use Saturday as your rest day & exercise tomorrow. But it will do you no harm by having 2 rest days this week, its how you feel as exercise can revitalise you & give you a 'spring in your step'! xx

Did you say its your Dads wedding? So, its a pretty special day for the family then? Personally I would be stay on plan all week & on Sauturday, I would just have an off plan day. Its going to be a hectic/stressful enough day, without having to think about whats going in your mouth! You may go with all intentions of staying on plan & counting all your Syns, but do you really want to do that?! Just make some sensible choices like, maybe not have the cheesecake, but if it was me, I would write Saturday off, enjoy your day guilt free & get back onto plan on Sunday xx

O also I have decided I am NOT EVER going back up into the 10s! Thats it now! Well until I have a baby lol

I think that our plateau that we seemed to have hit is no longer & its a downward journey from now on! xx

I probably will Kim..what with wee one, hair app first thing, gettin dressed then its hour drive so don't think it will suit me to be on watch but am sure it will be fine and Am not overly worried esp if I excercise every day.
Yes dads wedding, very strange feeling to be honest and not sure how I feel about it. Guess as long as he is happy that's all that matters.

I would have sat as your rest day. If am on track and able to I take wed and Sunday off from my workout. You are doing amazing missus. Am still dying after shred x
