Just seen this debs you look stunning.

Been missing over weekend ladies. Had the most amazing day on Saturday. Totally off plan drinks wise but didn't eat owt bad.

Then yesterday.....well when I got home from,Wembley on Saturday me n the oh argued n I ended up going to my mums. we spoke yesterday n I said at ours last night but looks like I'm moving back to my mums today. I'm totally crushed but it will be for the best in the end.

Good thing was I was on track with food n have managed to avoid emotional eating.

Not so good news missus.....do you know yet if its temp or permanent move back to your mums? Maybe if you have had rough time of it lately a wee break will do you good? its hard to know what to say or what advice to give when we dont know you both equally and as well as your friends etc but you should feel free to come on and chat whenever you feel the need to. Sometimes chats with strangers (you know what i mean) can be easier as there is no history.
Have some time out and give each other space then decide

OH kim, those stats didnt make for easy reading with so many of my days off plan. Strangely i am not feeling too guilty but looking forward to getting the damage out the way and starting afresh. Have been good today so far with the exception of having cereal which i dont have any syns for but sald for lunch so onwards and upwards!!!
 
Ant gone yet. Haven't decide whether it's the best thing to do. I won't just be leaving my oh id be leaving my ss too and would have to split the pups up. My oh googled when the spark has gone and it is an actual medical thing apparently n some people get through it n some people don't n I dunno which I am yet x

I really don't know what to suggest as I obviously don't know the situation.

Although its hard as it does effect other things, try to think about you and OH, as at the end of the day you need to work out if you both want to be with each other. It's no good deciding to be together because of anyone else or anything else.... yeah I do realise that's a lot easier said then done, if I were having trouble with my OH (and when I have in the past) I haven't been able to not think about how a split would effect my son (who although he isn't my boyfriends, they adore each other)

Have you had time to sit down and just talk to each other about how your feeling? If the main issue is that the spark has gone, then there is a really good chance you could work this out.

I really hope you manage to figure out what's best for you soon, as I know how hard it is not being sure what to do or what's going on.






I'm dreading WI tomorrow, I feel really bloated, not sure if it's the off plan day on Sat or the heat, I think it must be the heat as I've been so good for two weeks running up to Sat and I don't think I had that much on Saturday, nothing compared to Christmas and some of the run up to Christmas... but still I don't want to gain weight just because I'm so warm!!!!
 
Aww Vic so sorry to hear you are going through a hard time *hugs* hope it gets sorted either way for your long term happiness, these things are so tough especially with kids (not being yours makes no difference it's clear you love him to bits!) let us know if you need a rant or anything else! Xx

Ok so food wise 100% sf 14 wk on Saturday

Yesterday involved a mates bday and a beer garden do needless to say very off plan ;-) sunshine and ice cold cider are made to be together!! X
 
I think I have a serious issue with food lol I need I get a Paul McKenna book to help me I think! X

Hi Girls
Been on twice today and couldn't post sorry had the whole weekend off plan, not sure if I enjoyed it or not.
After saturday nights feast I was awake all night with extreme stomach ache really bloated and full ate far too much but the food was so delicious that it would have been an insult to the chief to leave it and at the prices we paid it would have been a waste but then my stomach did not enjoy the over filling lol
Sunday was worse and I had biscuits,proper crisps, White bread toast and macdonald chips felt sick all day but then suddenly managed to stuff doretoes and humous dip into it...... Again to bed with a massive bloated belly and so uncomfortable.

Back on plan today thank god so full just want juice, had normal breakfast and leftover chicken and salad for lunch.

Count me as off plan sat and sun Kim sorry ;-) but looks like a few off us took the weekend off he he. Xx
 
Yikes! Is it the sun making us all go a bit crazy with the food!!! Anyways, its done now ladies & Im sure we all sort of enjoyed it apart from some upset tummies!
I am now determined to be 100% everyday, as no socials & DH has his charity ride in 6 weeks & as support crew I need to be slimmer & fitter as its going to be a hard few days.......COME ON GIRLS WE CAN BE 100%! xx
 
I think I joined the 100% challenge at the wrong time as I'm off to Scarborough next Monday - Wednesday (so although its only 2 and a half days it spills over 2 weeks) ahhh well, I suppose the challenge helps me keep 100% the days I don't have any plans and will try and make better choices in Scarborough, but its 4 course meals each night and breakfast included so it may be hard

I would just go and enjoy. How often does it happen? I think sometimes we all get caught up in it all too much.
Sw is lifestyle change and its not as if your always eating out, eating wrong things. You won't get those days back so enjoy the memories and the food as best you can knowing you will be back on track when you get back.
I think now when I go off plan, even if its something like too much cheese or even an Extra biscuit I don't really want it as much as I used to think I did. Also that I look forward to going back on plan. So even knowing you can relax, enjoy and jump back on makes big difference....its when you stay off plan, that's when the trouble starts x
