Last night me and hubby went for a walk while girls were swimming, and decided that from next week we will walk 4 miles 3 times a week till we go on holidays so with that and shred 3 times a week I should be super toned.
Plan is
Mon walk
Tues shred
Wed walk
Thurs walk
Fri shred
Sat/sun shred
Either sat or sun will be rest day
Kick me up the backside if I start to slip as I always have a good plan it's carrying it out that's the hard work
