Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Last night me and hubby went for a walk while girls were swimming, and decided that from next week we will walk 4 miles 3 times a week till we go on holidays so with that and shred 3 times a week I should be super toned.

Plan is
Mon walk
Tues shred
Wed walk

Fri shred
Sat/sun shred
Either sat or sun will be rest day :)

Kick me up the backside if I start to slip as I always have a good plan it's carrying it out that's the hard work :)

Morning everyone, weather is miserable here today :( got friends coming round tomorrow but if weathers like this I can see us just staying in and watching DVD's (we we're thinking of possibly going to see a band but to be honest I can't be bothered....) also got to make my way to the hospital in this horrible weather and I'm not sure exactly where I'm going, I really hope the bus driver can tell me where to get off! Nightmare! At least once that's over with its officially the weekend...

Ok so the wether is rubbish BUT it's Friday!!! So last have some cheery happy smiles today.

I'm feeling so positive, I've got through day 2 and now feeling a lot better, still felling a bit bloated but its no where near as bad as it usually is.

OH is in a stag weekend this weekend so I'm staying at my mums. We have a 70th birthday meal booked for my great aunt tomorrow but what I gather is it's a set meal. I don't want to go :-( mum says I don't have too so I'll see how I feel in the morning x

You're all firing me up to do the Shred, which is rather annoying as dont like the squawky American bird, find her rather irritating, but if you get such wonderful results I may have to bite the bullet & join you all against my better judgement! My tummy area certainly needs the most toning,as thats where I carry my weight, everywhere else is alright! So, I've decided to do it on the days I dont cycle starting from today!

WI day today brought me an impressive.........0.5lb!!!!!!!!! Whilst I was kicking the scales around the bathroom floor, shouting some rather rude expletives, DH stands there all calm & reminded me it is *week, oh yeah forgot about that, & not for the first time said I didn't need to lose anymore weight! What the hell does he see that I dont, as I was stood there butt naked, glaring at my wobbly bits on my tummy area. He keeps saying its 'skin' not 'fat', but believe me its adipose & I wont stop until its gone!!! I know, I know its a loss, but Im starting to get a wee bit frustrated with the little losses, especially as I follow the plan to the letter & cycle for miles! The only thing that I think might be slowing the losses is, I may not be eating enough for the amount of calories Im burning, so Im going to make a real concerted effort this week to eat more, even tho I do eat plenty & have my full 15 syns per day.
Oooh, feel better now!!!!!!!!!! xx

A loss is a loss... Remember? It can be very disheartening I know but like you say, it's * week. Plus, all your exercise will pay off with both toning and weightless. Stay positive hunni and eat more! Don't want you body to be in starvation mode do we.

Thanks ckick, I know, you're right, but I very rarely moan & just felt the need to have a bit of a 'drip' lol! I started putting my food into MFP but got bored, so I may start doing it just to see the deficit of food & exercise. I've done a fair bit of research on exercise/plateau's/starvation etc, so I should know better!!! xx
 
hope your feeling better kim, I NEVER loose when its star week i always gain at least a lb! fingers crossed you'll have a massive loss next week

im here, sat dying for a wee... oh the joys! now my next worry ia will i be back in time to pick little one up lol. as long as im seen soon i should be okay, i did warn school just in case.

Lol you never moan hun and sometimes it's good to let it out hehe. It's so difficult to find a good balance and know when your losing and when your STS, it's enough to send us all bonkers lol x

Right ladies.......another challenge for you all!!!!!!

As you see on the 100% Challenge thread, I always put any exercise in bold, so as most of you are getting fired up about the Shred etc, I think you/we should aim for at least 3 exercises per week & it can be anything as long as its 30 mins or more, as you need at least that to get your heart rate up & for it to be effective!

I think we should all be proud of ourselves, especially since starting the Challenge, as its really spured us on & made us focus on our goals!

whenever i tell my friend ive gained she tells me its only a poo lol


on the bus on my way home so shouls be back in plenty of time for little one.

it went well :) the cyst is still there but it hasnt grown (hasnt shrunk eother but ajh well) its just full of fluid though and it didnt hurt when i sat up :) so fingers crossed ill maintain or loose at wi on tuesday in which case ill start the shred on wednesday :D


feeling very positive now


oh and im up for aiming for more exercise each week

Morning Kim - those dreaded scales playing havoc with your mind i see!! Scales should be outlawed!! I know that you know all this but i shall say it anyway;

1. You had a great weigh in last week
2. It was a well deserved weigh loss too
3. You put in a LOT of effort & WILL see results
4. It is rubbish *week so dont get disheartened
5. I remember a lady called kim say last week that she was indeed shrinking, fitting better into clothes and in general feeling better
6. DH loves you as you are
7. Get the measuring tape out though i recall a 10cm loss last week ;o)
8. You are consistently 100&
9. Its friday!!
10. You are an inspiration!!

so 10 little positives for you to shove in the face of the scales BUT 0.5 is still a loss and a good one given its *week

I know you wont let it get you down or dishearten you and the beauty of it all is that you actually enjoy your cycling so your in a win win situation. I say give Jillian "the sqawky american burd" another chance. My baby belly was definately much better for doing her dvd and my arms were defined like never before. I think at your level of fitness you should do a different level each time like Ronnie suggested. I know that is my new plan and looking forward to it

oh and yes EAT MORE. some days you prob burn off more than your putting in - give it a bash and keep up the good work!!!

I'm in Kim need my fat back gone in 8 weeks so I can strut my stuff with all them young un's on the beach in Ibiza lol :)

Kim 1/2 off is good especially for * week and you can rant away on here as much as you like that's what it's for and I should know do enough moaning he he

I feel great this morning got a real spring in my step and I'm sure it's cause I've done 2 exercise sessions this week really does lift your mood I love the slight ache in my legs too feels good :) x
 
If I had any pants on, I would pee my pants from laughing..............I've just lost another half a pound & saw 9.2 on the scales hahahahahaha.....didn't realise my poop could weigh that much hahahahahahah!!!!!! Im changing my stats right now LOL!!!!! xx
