If I had any pants on, I would pee my pants from laughing..............I've just lost another half a pound & saw 9.2 on the scales hahahahahaha.....didn't realise my poop could weigh that much hahahahahahah!!!!!! Im changing my stats right now LOL!!!!! xx

Hahahahaha!!!!! So funny that's it now we'll all be pooping for Britain and be in the 8's before we know it hahahahaha !!!

Right ladies.......another challenge for you all!!!!!!

As you see on the 100% Challenge thread, I always put any exercise in bold, so as most of you are getting fired up about the Shred etc, I think you/we should aim for at least 3 exercises per week & it can be anything as long as its 30 mins or more, as you need at least that to get your heart rate up & for it to be effective!

Yay to the 9's Thread!
I think we should all be proud of ourselves, especially since starting the Challenge, as its really spured us on & made us focus on our goals!

ARE YOU UP FOR IT GIRLS?

ME ME ME ME ME

if i had scrolled down the page i wouldnt have needed to write war and peace to cheer you up Miss Kim - you did it yourself....and cheered me up in the process. So thanks to you all i am going to have good weekend, eat as good as i can but guilt free when i dont and start the shred as i miss it!!

also i am thinkning of NOT weighing this week - feels like a weight (excuse the pun) has been lifted already wohoo

Morning Kim - those dreaded scales playing havoc with your mind i see!! Scales should be outlawed!! I know that you know all this but i shall say it anyway;

1. You had a great weigh in last week
2. It was a well deserved weigh loss too
3. You put in a LOT of effort & WILL see results
4. It is rubbish *week so dont get disheartened
5. I remember a lady called kim say last week that she was indeed shrinking, fitting better into clothes and in general feeling better
6. DH loves you as you are
7. Get the measuring tape out though i recall a 10cm loss last week ;o)
8. You are consistently 100&
9. Its friday!!
10. You are an inspiration!!

so 10 little positives for you to shove in the face of the scales BUT 0.5 is still a loss and a good one given its *week

I know you wont let it get you down or dishearten you and the beauty of it all is that you actually enjoy your cycling so your in a win win situation. I say give Jillian "the sqawky american burd" another chance. My baby belly was definately much better for doing her dvd and my arms were defined like never before. I think at your level of fitness you should do a different level each time like Ronnie suggested. I know that is my new plan and looking forward to it

oh and yes EAT MORE. some days you prob burn off more than your putting in - give it a bash and keep up the good work!!!

Deb you are definately in a positive mood this morning what a fantastic post :)!!

Yay for pooing Kim! I did the same this morning weigh in showed 3/4lb but I wanted a whole 1lb so waited til I went to toilet for proper weigh in ;-)

I was 100% this week I deserve that 1lb and not letting a poo ruin it for me :p

Yup I'm up for the 3 times a week exercise - though shred is only about 27mins and I'm counting that as my half hour as its hard work lol!!

With regards to exercising and not eying enough there's a lady in another thread I pop into from time to time and she has a massive calorie deficit each day as has 2 slim fast shakes (brekky and lunch) then an evening meal plus does lots of exercise and has only just had a loss this week after STS for 5 weeks doing the same thing. Clearly your body needs enough food and this is a terrible plan!! X

Deb, you have just made me well up with your lovely lovely kind words. I think you've got me down to a tee there & I want to thank you for taking the time, effort & thought for putting that into words.......thank you, you're a very kind & thoughtful lady & you are so very right. xx

To be honest, Im putting myself under pressure because I'll be away from home in a motorhome for a week with the Charity Ride & I know it will be tough physically & emotionally, as we'll be getting very little sleep & it will be very tiring being support crew. But, I've already drawn up a meal plan for it, as I dont want to get sucked into eating 'other' food, thats why Im taking my own. Im a stubborn woman & very determined when I have to be, so know I can achieve it. I just dont want to come back from it not having done my best with food & to top it we're now going to a Summer Ball in the Mess, the day after we get back, so if anything that will be my incentive!

:( I picked up the wrong yoghurt in Morrisons, thought I'd got natural but I got greek, worked out the syns its not too bad 2 syns for the whole pot (500g) and its not like I eat it all at once

Well done on surviving jillian's squawking Kim ;-) you've inspired me to do the shred this afternoon it's far too rainy to go outside when I dont really need to so I'll stay in and do some exercise! I'll take pics for you too x

OMG!!! I'm so glad we're in the house and not out at the moment. The heavens have opened!!!! It doesn't look like rain, more like someone's empting a giant bucket of water on our house!!!!!!

Just had a call from little ones dad as well, he's suppose to be having him tomorrow overnight but he's asking if he can have him just on Sunday, because his Dad had a nasty fall on Monday, wasn't found until Wednesday and is in hospital now and needs some of his clothes taking over. Apparently the only time he can make it is tomorrow, if not it'll be Monday! I don't mind as obviously I wouldn't want his dad being uncomfortable, but what I don't understand is,
1.he often takes little one to see his dad when he's in hospital, in fact little one only see's him when he's in hospital, he actually thinks he lives there
2.If he's in hospital surely you'd be rushing off to get him his clothes as soon as possible, he's been there since Wednesday, surely if he needs clothes the hospital wouldn't mind if he came when it wasn't actual visiting times if need be.
3.His dad has had falls before and not been found for days, in fact he's only just got out of hospital and little ones dad has been going on about how he isn't capable of living on his own and he will have to go round everyday and he will have a career 4 times a day...so how come he was left for 2 days?

It all just doesn't add up, or if it does then his dad is seriously being neglected

Im quite surprised & a bit shocked by your post Donna.......why did the hospital discharge him after a fall, knowing he was going back to an empty house?
Were they told he had someone to look after him when he got home, as Im sure they wouldn't have discharged him otherwise? i.e. his son
Why hasn't Social Services become involved & set up a care package for him as he isn't safe to be on his own?
What is your ex playing at knowing that his father is vulnerable & leaving him on his own for 2 days?!
Your ex is possibly using his fathers poor condition as an excuse not to have your son overnight tomorrow as it doesn't take all night to visit someone in hospital & as you say why cant he take your son to visit his Grandfather?

No, it doesn't add up & is shocking about that poor man being on the floor for 2 days! I am feeling rather disgusted about all of this, as it makes me so mad how the vulnerable/elderly/lonely people are mistreated!
I really hope it all gets sorted for this gentleman & SS get involved & initiate some form of care package for him x

I agree with Kim, its either disgusting that your baby daddy has left his dad like that or disgusting that he is making up excuses about his dad in order not to have his son.
