Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Hiya! How come you've changed you name from Honeypop? Wow thats a fab loss, what sort of foods are you eating & do you have to slowly introduce foods if you've been detoxing?
All good here. I reached my target a week early but my target date was 3rd May & I was 8st 6.5lbs, so a very happy lady!

The food is lovely just lean and green.
Eggs, chicken, steak. Natural yogurt, rice cakes, brown rice and loads of green veg. Green tea and hot lemon water.

Just similar to Sw foods only a lot stricter and set meal plan

ladies do you do your squat slow and controlled and going all the way down or small quick ones...if that even makes sense?
 
Morning ladies!!

Been to work today just to give them a hand and ended up being here 4 hours! Had a lovely day in the sun yesterday and going out in it today now.

I want to join in with squat challenge! Going to start at 20 a day whilst preg! Xx

I squat slooooooow and controlled. I sometimes alternate and do some pulses tho.

couldnt find the green tick ;o( day 1 done - the squats werent as hard as i thought but had some strain on my neck? i have a headache and feel fuzzy so not sure if its just coming from that
 
Ooh I like a new challenge I'll join in posting that I've done them I'm following the same 2 as you Kim but I'm on day 7 so a week in front and I'm also doing this one

On day 7 too. It's going good so far although not done them today cause my legs are killing me from the bike ride yesterday will try do them before bed :)
