Hope the meds start working soon, Kim. You`ve really been through it recently.

This week has been totally off plan so not expecting miracles at WI tomorrow. Was out yesterday at the Beefeater with mum & dad. Had fish & chips!! EEEKKK!!! I know I shouldn`t but it was scrummy!! Got to pull myself together before too much damage is done :)

It`s all systems go for our move!! Getting the keys tomorrow. Carpet being laid on Thursday. Warden said she`d let them in so that`s a big help. Also on Thursday we`ve got the removal people coming to see how much stuff we`ve got so that they can work out the size of vehicle needed. Means I`ll have to tell them what`s coming with us and what isn`t.

We`ve only got four weeks maximum and there`s such a lot to be done. Started making a list of organisations that need to be informed of our move. You know, bank, energy company etc.

Will be selling hubby`s excess c`s and dvd`s to an online website (don`t think I can mention the name here) haven`t found anywhere for his books yet. Whoever has the camping gear and washing machine will have to collect as we haven`t got a car!!

Got to the stage where I can`t put off doing things. Don`t want to leave it til the last minute!!
 
It sounds as tho you have your work cut out for yourselves Annette. We're decorating so I know what its like to try and get rid of stuff thats not needed/wanted. Im a bit of a hoarder as well and hate throwing things away, but needs must!
Good luck with it all and thanks for your thoughts. Im still very limited in what I can do, hence why I'm sat here on my tablet chatting and playing CandyCrush as I've done too much and need to rest up! Hubby goes nuts when I start lifting etc but I get so frustrated not being able to do simple tasks! x

On a better note, my chicken breast and sweet potato are currently cooking and I'm about to make my onions and mushrooms to go with it.

Hi everyone, sorry I haven't been on in a while but hope everyone is doing well. x

WI is tomorrow and have to say it would be a miracle if I STS never mind a loss. I don't know what was wrong with me but I just constantly ate all weekend. Oh well just have to start again tomorrow.

Good luck with the Marathon Donna, just take it easy and enjoy it. Weather a bit grim here, but a nice running temperature, so hope its the same where you are, up north up north x

Sorry been a bit awol these last few days. Not really felt up to much as in rather a lot of pain still, so topping up with the liquid morphine! Can take up to 1-2 weeks to know if its worked, but let me tell you it certainly hasn't worked yet grrrrrr!
Completely forgot about WI on Friday as stayed in bed til 3pm and was being spoilt with coffee and food lying in my pit! One good thing, hubby got an extra day off work so lots more decorating done! Will be putting the living room back together now, so excited!
Hope everyone ok. Will put up the Challenge for this week for all to see. I really need to knuckle down and get at least a few pounds off for hubbys birthday.

I've discovered that I can burn all these calories doing just dance on the wii and Millie loved watching all the colours on the tv whilst chewing on her toys!

Morning ladies, well I'll just get straight to it.....I put on 0.8lbs. I suppose it's not too bad considering what I ate over the weekend. So my weight it now 9st 3.8lbs.

I am considering two things 1) doing a food diary on here and 2) changing my WI day to a Friday. I really need to start recording all that I am eating to track my syns.

Donna, can't wait to hear how you got on yesterday but I am sure you are either resting or still celebrating. Completing a marathon is such an achievement. xx
 
Hi girls, miserable out here today, raining & dark :(
Had a good weekend food wise. Woke with a sore throat this morning so have honey & lemon drink on the go along with dispirn so hope to zap it before it gets bad.

Sorry to hear you put on a wee bit Sinead, but I'm sure that will be off in no time especially if you keep a diary. I find I need it even now or I can wander! :eek:

Hey everyone,

Yesterday was amazing :D

I had a bit of a struggle with my knee, at 8 miles I had to take ibopurfen and then I stopped at 21 miles to take an energy sweet (was planning on taking one at 23 and 25 as well) but I couldn't get running again, my knee hurt so much-I pushed through it but from that point on I daren't stop running again. I also had a point where I was getting really down thinking I'd have a bad time, but then I just clicked at about 18.5 that I was running a marathon and I couldn't stop smiling :)

I finished in 4 hours 44 minutes.
