Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Ok, so my iphone just kicked me off and all posts went white! Had to pull the lappy back out! Crazy amount of posts coming through.
 
Meat and completely dry. Will have to give it another go, I reckon!

I make a bolonese sauce, layer it with lasagne sheets & for the topping, mix together either low fat natural yoghurt/quark/creme fraiche with a teaspoon of dijon mustard, 2 eggs & LF cheese....whisk it all together & spread over the lasagne :)
 
Thanks, I know quite a few people don't use many syns but I enjoy using them and doesn't seem to be affecting my losses so think I will stick to using them all for now! When I gain or STS it's due to mega meal out or drinking session usually not an extra Kitkat ;-) might try the machine next time I'm at boots, really inactive at the moment due to being off work recovering from ankle injury so can't do too much walking and almost no other exercise, will be interesting to see how it changes when I get back into exercising :) x

Great thanks Kim. Need to convert OH to a good SW lasagne. He cant stand quark (after a total disaster on a mousse type pud) and the toppings usually involve it so may try and sway him on this one.

Fair enough about Quark, but low fat Creme Fraiche is lush but does have syns....the WW is the lowest I've found

We normally have a little chat most days, but we're all hyper tonight! My DH is away all week working, so apart from talking to my animals, its lovely chatting to my cyber pals........I do have friends, but non on SW lol!!!!!
 
Right, this is my last post on my laptop as Im off to my pit & Im warn out with all this chatting.
I've come up with another cunning plan......how about we all measure ourselves (dont need to give your measurements) & in a months time we will compare the pounds lost & see how many cms we've lost as well.......just to prove/disprove that even tho the scales may not be going down as fast as we like, we are losing the inches, especially with all the 'fitties' on here! I tend to measure in cm's as its easier to see the losses & I measure:
Bust
Under bust
Waist
Belly
Hips
Lt thigh
Rt thigh
Lt arm, around bicep/tricep
Rt arm, around bicep/tricep

So, dont forget to measure the exact same place each time & no cheatin by pulling tape measure too tight lol!
On the 14th April ish, I'll need all your losses then girls, if you're up for the challenge.

In defo up for the measurements challenge. I'll measure tonight and keep note.

Totally not with it this morning, just pulled up in the car park at the gym, I get out my car and a lady who pulled up next me says (hun your cars rolling backwards!) ahem.... No handbrake on! Embarrassing!
