Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Just a quickie before bed ladies....

I weighed on Saturday morning just gone, I was going to group tomorrow but have changed to do SW at home and making Saturday WI day.... Shall I wait until sat to do my official WI? Xxx

Yep I would weigh on Saturday mornings from now on if your not going to group but stick to the same scales. Be naked, have a pee & poop, & remove any prosthesis lol! Oops no offence meant if anyone has a prosthesis....x

Yep, I would too unless you were planning on going to group? I like weighing on Saturdays as I have time to do all the things Kim suggested! Haha x

Exciting stuff!!

Still feel a bit groggy so hoping to get back to the gym by next monday. Going away on Saturday morning and don't return until Sunday afternoon!
Must plan ahead!
 
Today is WI and I'm not looking forward to it - feeling really heavy (again!), perhaps it's just WI nerves? lol
 
I found my old green SW book last night and it's got my old measurements in it. Seems I've lost more from my hips than I thought (I always thought I'd started at 41 inches lol).

My old measurements are:

Chest: 36
Waist: 35
Hips: 45

Current measurements are:

Chest: 30.5
Waist: 28
Hips: 39.5

I've lost a total of 18 inches since the start of my journey in 2009! How much is that in cm's?

I've got all my old dates and weights as well - at one point my target was 10st!! I'm half a stone less than that now lol

It makes for quite nostalgic reading, although I'm never going back there!

Its definitely just nerves chick. You had a fab weight loss last week and you've been just as good this week. Fingers crossed for you!

Thank you, just under 9 hours to go! I hate Wednesdays, they go so slowly!

Morning ladies! Managed 30 mins run this morning and my main motivation was knowing how well u are all doing :)

That's brilliant, well done! I really need to get back into it - it's just getting out there in the first place lol x

I used to hate hate Wednesdays and had to keep super busy to make the time pass! Think that's another reason for changing to a Saturday WI xxx

I think we all have weigh in nerves & feel nervous coz we always think we haven't lost. Im sure its a coping mechanism!

I wi in the morning, think I would be the same if I had to wait till evening, and Im sure its your true weight in the morning

Yeah, I'm 9 stone something but I really want to be in the 7/8 stone catagory. I'm about 5'4/5'5 so I'm not that small but everyone seems to be so skinny at my school! It kills me that i am fatter than everyone else and my bum is huge :( so I'm a girl on a mission! :D xx
 
Don't think I could deal with waiting all day to weigh in! That's why I love doing it from home :) get all the support I need on here for free and can weigh first thing on a Friday morning in my underwear! Then if I want some extra syns at the weekend I can have them and cut back during the week :-D x
 
Good morning ladies! I have my WI tonight, slightly nervous as i really have no idea what to expect. But 0.5 will give me my stone award and 1.5 will give me my club 10. So i'm keeping my fingers crossed =D

I WI at 7:30pm.. Can tell you i get a lil anxious for a lot of the day. Just want to get it over with!

Ive been considering weighing in from home instead for the past couple week but i'm not sure
