That's the plan. On the SW website, I have set it for 122lbs as an interim target and I'll see how I feel when I get there. Overall aim is 119 though x
Lost 1lb and got my stone award =D. Shame i missed on my club 10 as well by a half.. But still very happy
Well done on your loss! We both got our awards and we're both 0.5lbs from Club 10!! We'll have to compare again next week

Ok, don't judge me. I had a beef chow mein and I didn't even weigh it. I started making the toad in the hole, and Dad was saying about not enough sausages etc etc and here's my reasoning:
1) toad in the hole = 5.5 syns, beef chow mein = 8.5 syns (was probably a bit more than that though, cause I didn't weigh it)
2) I usually only eat 7 syns a day, which is 21 under the norm and 56 under maximum, therefore I have some leeway.
3) in 2 weeks, I've lost 8lbs!
4) I've sacrificed a lot in the past few weeks (not eating at the wedding, no kfc etc) so as someone said earlier, 1 meal out of 21 won't hurt.
5) I only need 0.5lbs to get Club 10, so I'm going to have a less strict week - we've got a lot going on and as long as I get my 0.5, I'll be happy
These sound an awful lot like excuses, but they're not! lol It's not a treat night as such, cause I've not gone mental. Does that make it ok? lol
