Day 4 shred done. Decided to do it while my 2yr old was about rather in bed as it can get restricting having to wait til night time. He wanted to join in which wasn't easiest but he soon got bored (defo takes after mummy). Found it harder today tho remembedd hadn't long eaten. I now keep up with advanced girl and can just about do whole level one without stopping. Boy excercise makes you feel Soooooooo good.

Its the endorphine release that makes you feel good, the brains natural 'high'! So well done you x

Prezzo's booked for tonight! I know, I know, no wander my losses are so slow but.......! I can already taste the pizza (buy one, get another for £2, billy bargain!) & a nice chilled Pinot Grigio!
Think Im going to put on a LBD tonight instead of jeans, just need to see what fits, so I might have a frenzy in my wardrobe in a bit! x

Sounds great! Hope that you have a wonderful evening, especially in a lbd! A little of what you fancy is a good thing.
Going to make moroccan lamb and chicken kebabs for tea. Served with 2/3 superfree veg of course! I'm going to make the kebabs with pepper, courgette, tomatoes and onions. Actually quite looking forward to it!
Just tried a short walk, felt exhausted, but definitely getting better.

Morning girls! Loving the positives.... I'm definitely feeling more on the up so here goes:

1. I got up and ran four miles this morning despite nearly chickening out and snoozing for another hour. Once I was out if was fab and I went further than I thought I would

2. My boyf is back tomorrow. I have only just moved in with him but really missed him

3. I had a fab night at a cookie decorating course last night with my best friend

4. I am treating myself to another mani and pedi tonight as I've got a wedding tomorrow - and I deserve it :)

5. I am going to be 100% on plan today

Right, now that's out of the way I will quickly catch up on some posts xx

You go and enjoy yourself! And well done on the loss - a dripping tap fills a bucket and your measurements are fab. Bet you've toned up loads too with all the cycling.

My mouth is watering at the though of pizza. I love prezzo xx

Well thats gtreat Annie as its obviously spured you on & the motivation is back again!
Funny enough I thought of doing my measurements again today. Was going to do it at the 2 month mark, but think I need to see if there is any less adipose! x

The motivation is back :) Going to see how I get on for a month or so and decide what to do from there. Already looking forward to my sandwich with white bread, haha! Did a mini-WW shop this morn x

The third positive, just as DH leaving for work & I was whinging about said 0.5lbs, he came over & outlined my ribs & said " I couldn't see them before as they were covered in an organic pillow (meaning adipose!)" LOL! He does have a way with words!

An organic pillow, loooool.. He's right though - a loss is a loss :) Well done xoxo

So positive for today....I didn't gain weight. Wohoo have great day everyone x

Yay! Well done - a maintain is better than a gain :)

Well done that is brilliant. How often do you measure?

I last measured (officially) on 14th March. I measured while I was staying at OH's, the day we went to London (I think), but didn't write it down and can't remember what it said. Tbh, I'm a bit scared to do it tomorrow, but I'm looking at it as a new start, not comparing. The smallest my waist has been is 28 inches, but WW only give an option in cm's, so reluctantly, I will be measuring in cm's from now on x

So today is the big day when I try weight watchers! Sw is the only diet ive ever tried and been on/off it for a few years now so excited to see how a change works out for me. Was tempted to try the normal pro points plan as would get better losses on that as would need a big reduction in portion sizes to stick to daily points but being honest with myself I think binges would occur when I got hungry so will just stick to simply filling with its list of free foods and see how that works out :) x

I get 26 daily points and 49 weekly points. I'm going to see how it goes without the weekly points for now - saving them for occasions. The ready meals (which will help me at work) are between 6 and 10 (I think) and everything else seems really reasonable. I have ordered some books online, so I'm sticking to WW food until they arrive, that way I know for sure exactly what I'm eating. The food seems really generous though - a cheese and ham sandwich for 4 Pro Points!

Eeeek, have just measured myself & was rather sceptical as the scales havent been kind to me.....so the 4th positive of the day is.......I have lost another 13cm's in 5 weeks, mainly off my waist, belly & hips! So thats a grand total of 42 cm's since the start in January! Its only when I put the tape measure to the original sizes from January that I can see how much of a chubber I was lol!
Love hearing all the positives girls, so lets keep it up x

That's excellent, well done you!

Well done on the running! I'm not very good at being positive, but here goes:

1) Still on track for a 100% day (my first in about 3 weeks)

2) Adam and I are viewing three more properties in the next few days - we're really excited.

Can't think of a number 3! lol

Lovely how positive it is again on this thread woohoo :-D

Enjoy London Nikki very jealous love the place but not been in ages, it's quite a trek from Glasgow!

Ooh enjoy prezzo Kim yum yum.

Too lazy to quote everything for replies but well done to everyone who's been exercising and staying on plan :)

Hope you like ww Annie I think a wee change is just what I needed right now.

Been wanting a kinect for ages for my Xbox and finally treated myself as I had holiday pay due from work that had built up while I was off, rarely treat myself nowadays as funds are tight so I bought myself one (preowned as the money saved can buy me games lol) and it arrived today :) only got 2 games so far so had a play with them and downloading demos now to decide what to buy - hopefully it'll help me exercise as there's loads of fitness and dance games available x

Third positive of the day - feeling somewhat slim for the first time in weeks!

Got that 'little bit hungry, but I'm in control' feeling back and I love it! :D

Just need to hope that my foody bloat goes soon (especially around my face). Can't wait to see what good a full week will do for me :)

Got my lasagne in the microwave now xo

Yep, love love love it :D Just had my lasagne - was yum. Feeling hungry still (but that's only cause for the last three weeks, I've eaten everything I could find), but got some WW doritos for 2PP and a yoghurt for 1 PP :)

I promise that we'll try not to take over this thread with WW discussion, haha!

I think a positive could be that you're eating white bread :) xx

I've never been so excited to see a smoothie!

image-3161670189.jpg

Simply filling so far I LOVE YOU! Some partly defrosted frozen fruit topper (chopped strawberries/mango/pineapple) a banana and a little light soya milk yum! Zero points on simply filling, oh and super happy it worked fine with me cheap Asda smart price hand blender didn't know if it would work! No need to buy a blender or smoothie maker huzzah! X

Ive just noticed your signicture Annie. Are you back up to 9 13?? Im at that at the moment and your target weekend is the same as mine. 1.82lbs a week sounds doable :-D

I am indeed back up to 9st 13. How funny that our target week is the same! Also, we're the same height and we almost had the same starting weight!

We can do it :)

Ooh this WW malarky is sounding rather lush! I have heard mixed reviews about it, so will be so interested to see what the 3 of you think.
Still loving the positivity xxx
