Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Morning all. Loads of positives today. Realised I am away on Fri for few days so decided I have four days to complete level one before I go. Means I could start level two next week and try hard not to eat too much bad things whilst away. Have good day everyone x
 
Good morning ladies.

So we had Chinese last night, belly feels really tender. But on a kind of good note, OH is away now for 3 nights so that means I can get the wii out for some just dance/wii fit and get my shred out too!

Might even attempt a short run.... Possibly just round the block to get me back into it.

LEVEL ONE DONE!

Right level 2 tomorrow :) feel very good about it. It has a lot of planks I seem to remember and I like planks. Need to tone up that tum!

I put the 30ds in that calorie counter and it said 200 for my weight so ill go with that!

had a pancake with my boy this morning so that half my syns! Gunna try be SO good this week :)
 
Feeling so much more positive than yesterday.. I wonder if you can guess why.

Positive #1: LEAVING WORK AT 12PM TODAY - booya!!
Positive #2: Viewing 4 flats today - super excited!
Positive #3: Still feeling in control, despite a mini-blowout last night - still have 20 weekly points left :) Have even managed to factor a McDonald's into my daily points today!! Going to collect a futon this evening - lifting and carrying, how many calories does that burn?

Positives for today:

1. I ran further than I'd planned to this morning

2. I'm off to San Fran tomorrow!

3. Six weeks til my holiday and I've found my mojo!

4. I did 10% yesterday despite starting off in a v negative mindset

Hope everyone else is having a good start to today!
 
Hummmm positives for today.....
1. I am looking at wedding invitations!!
2. My OH is going out tonight so I can actually get on with some uni work!

Think thats it for today!

Oh wait no 3. I finished level 1!!!
 
My positives for today:

1: just generally feeling positive
2: realised that even though I had a drink last night I've only drank 2 nights in a week rather than the usual 6!
3: still think I'll have a good loss on Thursday
4: actually looking forward to some exercise tonight
5: even though I had a blow out last night I still tracked everything ( even though I need to do enough exercise to make 40pp back!!)
 
Executive decision made, in fact DH suggested it, Im going to try weighing in every 2 weeks! Psychologically only seeing little numbers every week is not doing my mojo any good & I hate WI days! I'll see how it goes, but cant see it being a problem as I hate the scales! I think the problem has been, I keep comparing myself to my weightloss last year, but realise I cant really as I was a lot more active cycling 4-5 times a week & I was working, so I think thats a few reasons why losses are slower. I cant blame the boozy Fridays, as we've always had a drink at the weekend, its obviously my lifestyle at the moment. So, thats a positive for today & I do feel better for making it, as feel the pressure has been lifted a bit! x

Glad your oh is ok from his little procedure yesterday :)
Your plan sounds good, can I join you on a fortnightly wi, as I planned monthly Iam feeling it might be a little long for me and might be tempted to start doing sneeky wi's. Fortnightly is a good compromise and will take pressure off but also keep me focused. What day were you thinking ?
Going try think of positives I did used to do this daily on my diary and it does help you focus, need to get my thinking cap on ;-) be back in a bit xx
 
Today's positives-

1- dance central game for my kinect came and it's lots of fun

2- off to the post office to send an American friend some goodies and in return I get cool American stuff yay!

3- put an air walker on gumtree and someone's coming to pick it up tonight hello money for stuff that was just sitting about taking up space

I will be weighing in next Thursday 3rd, normally a Friday, but going up to other house we have Thursday morning so cant weigh on Friday. But from then on it will Friday 18th May, 1st june etc x

Great idea Kim. I was only saying that to OH last night that I might get along better doing that but then I have to WI weekly with ww so stickin with weekly x
 
Weighing in 2 weekly does sound good. I think i'm bored of class :-(

I'm really contemplating not drinking on Saturday but dunno how my mates will be x

Hey ladies can I join you? I weighed in at 9st13.5 today. I'm over the moon.
I have a little boy who's almost 1 and after I weighed myself this morning I picked him up and weighed just to see how heavy he is as he's quite a chunk and I was amazed to see 11st11.5 the weight I started sw. So I've lost my little boy lol
