Taking poor Charlie to the vets later. She suffers from blocked anal glands & I know when they're bothering her as she nuzzles the base of her tail until its nearly raw & she is a very bad mood! The vet showed me how to do them, but I wasn't very good at getting them & I'd rather the vet stick his finger up my lovely girl than me, Im more used to human bottoms!!! x

I think we all over think things too much & this slimming malarky does become a bit of an obsession for us all. You can have your wine within syns, but its whether you're controlled enough to just have the one or two glasses......I know Im not so unless there is a special occasion now Im avoiding the devil juice. But never deprive yourself & if you want a drink have one, but if you think it stops you losing, maybe avoid it for a few weeks & see if you lose x

I've put you down as a +3lbs taking you to 10stone, so hope thats correct & not a bad gain after all that American lush food! x

Oh that was the plan. I have enough syns if using 15per day but maybe the amount syns is where am going wrong. Will have my wine, full bottle prob over two days. Think its 25syns and keep to doing what am doing and see how I go come weigh in. Want below 8st 10 as its been stuck for while. HAppy weekend ladies x

Your not the only one, we've all been stuck in a rut for a while now! Im determined to get out on my bike a lot more, as it really does help with the losses, toning & mental well being as I tend to thrive on exercise & am unbelievably fed up sitting on my fat a**e lol!!! x

Not happy at being back at 10 but not too worried as think some of it must be bloat and I also had a sneaky WI pre trip that put me at 10 stone 1 xx

Cant be bothered to think about dinner tonight, so just going to have some Quorn burgers in rolls with 'fried' onions & mushrooms.
My Mum is coming down for the BH weekend as we have a Georgian Fayre in the town on Monday & she wanted to take us out for a meal for my birthday, but now Im back to being good, I've suggested that she buys some steak & we have a SW meal at home. So I'll see how generous she wants to be & maybe get some fillet. Have another meal out next Saturday for my Aunties surprise 70th, so yet again socials are getting in the way of slimming! I will have to just go out for a 3 hour ride beforehand to limit any damage that may occur in the over eating of scrummy Italian food! x

Thanks everyone, hope you've all had good days

Well not quite sure how the scan went, results will be sent to my doctors who will get them in about a week apparently, but when I asked about it she said she couldn't see anything other then a cyst on my left ovary, which she doesn't think is big enough to be causing me any problems. I just really hope the doctors pick up on something she didn't see, as when I stood up to go I got the pains really bad, I've been in agony for hours, its only just starting to die down a bit worse I've ever had them. If the scan hasn't shown up what it is, I don't know what the next plan of action is. I just really hope they don't say ''oh there's nothing there, your fine'' not sure what to do about the shred now as well, I was on day 7, not been having problems doing it but I don't know if I should do it in the morning, I suppose I'll have to wait and see how I feel

My abs r killing me! Think the yoga after school just about topped me off lol. Don't think I've lost owt this week but my abs r like steel lol x

I havent measured at all!
Im really rubbish with that dont own a tape measure but my OH took some pics tonight in my gym gear and I actually said O I dont look that bad. He nearly slapped me lol.

Bet you look fab esp with so much excercise...am scared to restart shred as i have been so good since Tuesday and don't want to upset weigh in on Tuesday. Silly I know but.......

I don't think its stress related, I'm not particularly stressed at the moment... just happy plodding along with things

My mum keeps asking if it could be something to do with ''that diet your doing'' which really annoys me, I don't see how doing slimming world could make me ill, its just healthy eating. My sister keeps talking about a diet she did before which she'll do again where for a few days all you eat is protein then you can introduce veg and carbs then have a day where you eat everything you want before going back to just protein.... I mean seriously, how unhealthy is that!?

That is silly. My doc tried blaming my headaches on dieting. He said I notice you have lost some weight. I was like yes I have lost 3 stone in just under a year. That's healthy!
