Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Just done a bit of research & you can get your calcium from........soya milk, almonds, brazil nuts, rhubarb, oranges, beans, tinned salmon, tinned tuna, baked beans, green veg.....the list is endless, so Im sure you must be getting lots of calcium from other foods.
Hope you dont think I was poking my nose in by researching, but Im quite interested in nutrition & wasn't sure about the calcium x

No not at all, I was just going to do the same. Im allergic to nuts too so dont get it from there. I do eat a lot of green veg though so could be that. Maybe I should look at getting some suppliments.

Im totally losing it diet wise. Cant be bothered with it to be honest just want to be thin right now lol.

Yer thats wha it feels like at the moment. Got on scales this morning and they are saying 10stone4 how on earth can I gain 4lbs when following plan. Its doing my head in. I really dont understand what im doing wrong!

I know its hard, but try not to get on the scales mid-week as your weight can fluctuate so much day to day & you end up feeling dispondant like you are now. Saturday is 3 days away & will tell a different story! You are doing so much exercise & as you said in a previous post I think to Deb, what would you rather see.....a slim toned body thats shrinking in measurements, or the weight going down on the scales? Stay strong as you will get there xx

I know but today I feel like I dont have either!!!! Feel massive and heavy! Im sure its just hormones lol. OH to be a bloke eh!!

We all get days like this chick. Just think positive and as Kim says wait until Saturday and you'll see your true weight then x

Hate to sound the way am going to sound but your not massive. I was feeling exact same as you just over a week ago. Totally scunnered with myself, the thinking of food, what to eat, what not to eat etc etc.
I then read posts on here which made me realise I wasn't massive and only me can change it.
I took YOUR advice about being toned as Kim has already mentioned, and decided to stick to plan and excercise. The scales say I have lost weight, whether they say this at next weigh in or not will not mean as much as I have upped the excercise again.
Last night it was after 9, I had nodded off putting little one to sleep. Had talked myself out of doing the shred, then realised that people like you do work outs all the time when its last thing you want to do. I ended up doing it and feeling so much better for it.
Maybe your just doing too much or putting too much pressure on yourself.
Try not to be so hard on yourself esp when you try hard. Chin up x
 
Had huge tuna salad for lunch. Was ok but was lookin for something after it. Remembered I had ww hot chocolate at 1.5 syns so had half a cup. Did the trick I suppose.

This is SOOOOO true. Last week, I decided to only post in my diary - exercised daily (just walking, but it works for me) and to just eat, following the plan.
Look what happened.
Sometimes stressing about loss is the worst thing.

Booked my driving theory test for a few weeks time and dreading it, I swear I'll fail :( reading through the high way code and just did a mock test and failed. Some of the questions just seem really silly and irrelevant, I know everyone has to do it and most find it easy but I don't know how I'm going to remember everything :( At least I've still got a few weeks to keep reading through and testing myself

Girls, I've just made the decision to go back to group! I'm back in the SW wagon as of tomorrow, weighing t group is the only thing that has worked for me and so here goes :-D feeling so good!

Agreed vicky you are doing so well with your eating and exercising keep it up you will get results you have already came soooo far! X

Oh and if anyone likes milkshakes I have news to share! In morrisons today I picked up some sugar free crusha and I'm pretty sure its syn free as 100ml is only 6 calories and you only use 25ml per serving! Saw raspberry and strawberry really hope chocolate exists too!!

I almost always leave a hea for milk during the day in tea/coffee/cereal but only use a tiny bit of it most days so this will help me up my milk intake hopefully! :-D tastes yummy! X
