Another 100% day. It's going to be strange not drinking this weekend. Hopefully, once we've got through the weekend, our month off alcohol will seem easier!!!

Haha I'm with you there! This will be the first weekend with no booze for 3 months.....shocking! Come on Shellie we can do it! X

Good luck ladies. God knows how I coped when pregnant. I tell myself I won't have any then come sat I feel like am missing out. How sad ;)

Feeling really good after a 100% day on plan... However.... Look like a fat bloater! I can see that the weight I've put on is around my arms, shoulders and middle area! So plan of action now is..... To complete the 30 day shred in 24 days!! Me an OH worked it out that it's every day until I go on holiday but twice very Saturday and Sunday. Hoping this will boost weight loss and get be lean and toned hehe!

not sure what to do about food really want to stay on the 100% challenge but think there will be a buffet at the wake and it's the same place as we had MinL's last year so know there will be nothing healthy. Going just see how it goes and try make good choices

Sorry to hear you have a funeral as well. Can you not have a big meal before you go & then just have something small when you get there? I'm sure you will be ok & make the right choices. X
 
It's at 11 and after the school run we need to pick up FinL ( he's in a home got altzimers:-( ) and then get to the church. Hope I manage to fit in some brekkie x

Maybe have some porridge as its a slow release. Hope it all goes well for you tomorrow x

I've also got my friends 3 kids from 7.30 in the morning ha ha so along with my 2 be busy till 9 got an hour to get myself ready and should manage a big brekkie

Good for you nikki. Sounds like a plan. Remember to measure. I measured but I didn't do level one within ten days. Not sure how much of a hindrance this would be but I am on level two (legs feel bit tight) and will prob measure after level two complete. Good luck

Not so good. That's three of us had funerals this week. Makes you realise life is too precious.
I didn't stay for the meal at ours as I had to collect my little one so I managed to be good. Am sure you will be fine x
 
Morning all. Feel bit hungover today although I haven't been drinking ugh. Somehow our heating was left on all night and woken up with a stuffy head.
Feel bit tight after level 2 of shred but not as bad as I thought. Not looking forward to day 2 now that I know what to expect ;)
My plan was to do it as much as possible in a week. Since Monday I have missed one day so really want to keep at it. Not sure if it will hinder the scales or not but do you know what? I feel way better for doing it so if it doesn't reflect on the scales can someone please remind me of what I said? Hee hee

Morning all. Debs get on that day 2 you will feel so much better for it!!!!!
I got up and was ready to set off to work when my OH said I could take the car so I got changed into my workout stuff and did day2week2 wooop!!! Got yoga after school and depending how I feel (my head is REALLY heavy and sinus r killing) I might attempt some yoga!!!!! Brought a massive tupawear box of yummy FREE food to eat during the day so im defo gunna be good!!!!!
Gunna try with some positives today to raise my spirits!
1. Its Friday and when I woke up this morning I thought it was Thursday so double bonus!!
2. I have already completed day2week2 so dont need to worry about that later
3. The sun is out..............for now!!!!!

:-( sorry deb didn't realise you were at one too was it someone close? ours is hubby's uncle so although very sad he's been poorly for a long time so hopefully at peace now, be nice see all the family although be better under different circumstances :-(

Get day 2 done Deb!! you will feel better for it, although I've not managed all week it's been hectic here don't think I'll get chance till Sunday now.

Sorry to hear about all these funerals! Well I remembered that there's a cross trainer at this house so might as well abuse it while I'm staying here :) so got the oh to move the furniture about so there's space to use it (don't think they ever use it hope they get bored of it soon and need the space and donate it to me lol! We got their exercise bike a few months ago do they could get the space for this and don't use it either!)

Positives for today-
1) going to use the cross trainer
2) having a takeaway curry tonight and really looking forward to it as not had one in ages
3) last night in this house then back to mine somepoint tomorrow yay

Thanks Deb. Now we're not boozing at the weekend now, the weekend will be like any other day! Off to my Aunties 70th tomorrow night at an Italian, so will have a tomato based pasta dish as that will be less Syns & of course NO ITALIAN RED WINE.....boohoo as its one of my fave wines! When we were in Italy a few years a go we actually went to Montepulciano, a beautiful Italian village that makes gorgeous wine & of course we had to buy a few bottles & drink it....how can you not when we stayed in the Chianti region!!! Im such a lush LOL!!!!!! x

Me and OH have been going through some tough times recently and do tonight we are off out on the town :) I've used 13 of my 105 syns so I'm just going to cut back to nil for the rest of the week :) xxx
