Wow well done indeed. Hope that has given you the boost you needed. Think I would fall off the scales if it ever lost so much.
Great stuff.

I know how you feel about nearest and dearest, mine were a nightmare from about 9 and a half stone on... I just don't mention to them that I'm trying to loose now unless they know I've had a bit of a gain, I just tell them I'm maintaining, my mum would have a heart attack if she knew I wanted to go half a lb under 9 stone... it's silly

Sounds like a plan to me anyway, but you'll have to see how you feel when you get there. Only you can decide whats best for you

Just finished dinner, it was lovely :) Oh and my boyfriend came home with a massive bunch of flowers for my Birthday as well, gave them to me today as he didn't see the point in trying to hide them for a day (which to be honest I agree with) but my mum had to mention it was early when I posted a photo on facebook :/ he can't do anything right where she's concerned lately. I told her he was taking me to Scarborough for my Birthday (well I asked her if she could have little one so he could) and her first comment was, ''oh well he's fallen lucky again hasn't he, he get's that treat as well''

The thing is, at the moment and for quite a while now, I don't work, I've been doing voluntary work since October, hoping to get a paid job soon, but he works and provides for me and my son, who although he's not his own (we met when he was 14 months old) he treats him like he is. Despite the fact that he is the only provider of this relationship, we do have an equal relationship, he doesn't begrudge me buying my hifi bars or a new dress if I want one. But my mum always seems to think I'm missing out for some reason... I just don't get it. I mean WTH yeah he gets to go away as well, but he's my boyfriend I love him and I want to spend a couple of days with him going away somewhere! I wouldn't have wanted for him to pay for me to go on my own

Awe donna don't let it bother you. Can imagine the comments get tiresome after a while though.
I have treated my oh to weekends away in the past and it wasn't to benefit me, it was for him. Yes obviously I would be there but I don't see the problem.
Also if your oh works and provides for you all I think he sounds like a gem. Do you ever say to your mum how her comments are unfair and does she know what he does? I know it can be hard but don't let it ruin your birthday. Only you will know who is good for you. Hope you have great day x

Change of plan.....my hairdresser cancelled, so I went out for a longer ride, did 37 miles & burnt 1444 calories, happy with that!
DH did 72 miles & burnt 4500 calories, how Im ever going to keep up with the shopping as his food intake is huge, I will never know!!!
Have also decided to aim to do the ride DH did today on the last Friday of his leave, so that gives me a couple of weeks to train & toughen up the 'undercarriage'! x

Wow Kim that is amazing. That's like a whole days food intake. Yikes your legs must be solid. Good for you x

feeling fat today although I got in those jeans on Saturday funny how we feel so different on different days anyway been on plan today so will keep the fluid intake up.

Thinking to myself ( and only sharing with you guys) I'm going go for a few pounds loss. Getting in those jeans made me feel great and I would really love to be a size 10 properly so thinking 5lbs would do it ( years ago I was told that 10lb was a dress size) that would take me to 9.3 which I think also takes me to bmi of 22 which is bang on in the middle of healthy. What do you all think??? Not asking any of my nearest and dearest cause they think I've lost enough now ;-) x

I think you look great but I also think you should do what suits you. Folk say am tiny but they were saying that when I hadn't lost my baby weight when I was clearly bigger. It doesn't matter what other folk ( unless its effecting your health) think its your body and its how you feel x

Thanks just mulling things over just feeling really fat today don't know why but you get days like this. Think what I will do is stick to the plan 100% and see where it takes me :)

It's body revolution it is only available in the us but I 'aquired' it.

I nearly did fall off the scales debs I haven't lost that much in a long long time. Possibly bout 6 months.

Very happy!

I think we all have days like that Ronnie & they're horrible, but you just have to work thru them til you get a 'thin day'!
About going down to 9.3, you go girl as you'll still be at a healthy BMI & if you stay on plan Im sure you'll get there. Just stay schtum with your family as they're not to know! X

Luckily my legs have always been pretty solid & strong, which has helped with running & cycling. I don't have a lot of fat on them, I carry my adipose around my middle which I hate but hopefully with me banging out the miles on my bike, that will start to go as I'm very conscious of working my inner core muscles when on the bike! X

Lost 3 :-D :-D :-D

Whoop whoop, well done, well chuffed for you :)

going to weigh myself at my mums tomorrow, as I can't make it to weigh in. Will be very unofficial and I'm not going to worry about it because obviously the scales will be different, plus I'm expecting to gain next week (just hope over the two weeks I actually loose though)

Awe donna don't let it bother you. Can imagine the comments get tiresome after a while though.

I've pointed out before that she's really down on him all the time and she said she'll stop and that she thinks he's great and obviously good for me and little one, she said the only problem she has with him is his table manors (which was really random as that was nothing to do with what we were talking about at the time)

I know what the issue is, she does like him, but a few Christmases ago we had my family and his family round and his family kicked off and didn't talk to us for two weeks, since then there has been one other occasion where they've kicked off about me (when actually what they were kicking off about had nothing to do with me) so its not him my mum has a problem with but them, but she keeps on at him. She doesn't seem to realise its only me she ends up making life difficult for and upsetting

It is difficult keeping everyone happy but you need to live your life... Hope you manage your weekend away be lovely for you both :)

Happy birthday for tommorrow xx

Not sure when we're going yet, need to book it tomorrow :) it's a groupon so have to wait for the voucher to become available, just hope they have the dates over half term available

Thank you

I have been thinking the same. Did you finish level two? I am not finding level two easy at all. I opened all the windows today as I get really hot doing it and was still knackered and hot.
Dreading but also curious to see level three. Keep me posted as to the next one you try x

I found level 2 easier to some extent, I really struggle with the plank position but that's it. I can't remember when I went up to level 2 I think it was about day four or five, but had to stop after day 7 with my stomach problems

which reminds me, I got a letter from the doctors today saying they didn't find anything other then the cyst on my ovary and that there's nothing worrying about it but that I'll have to have another scan in a few weeks just to check up on it. I'm hoping that is what was causing me problems and that it will go away.... I've not had problems for a while at least :)

Good to know it isn't anything ominous Donna.
Happy birthday for tomorrow. X

Ooh exciting news all round today!

Fab cycle Kim that's amazing!

Well done on the loss vicky well deserved and look forward to seeing how much you have toned up too!

Donna that's a shame they are funny about your bf it sounds like you have a good one who cares a lot about you and your kid so try not to let them bother you too much.

Had a nice night met my friend and went to cinema to see hunger games, a few weeks behind the trend lol! Loved the books even if they are for kids!! Ate a lot of junk and thought I would have used most of my weeklies but had ate quite light during the day so can turn it into a propoints day and then it's not so bad! Love having that flexibility even though I mostly want to do simply filling days. X

Wohoo 1.25 off. Can't believe it. I don't normally have good losses two weeks in row.
Think its the excercise tho I did less this week but lost more?
