Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Home now. My mum has told me i'm not allowed to make a cake as theres no time to sort it out if i **** it up (excuse my language). I was really looking forward to that. Oh well.

Believe me there is no way this cake can be ****** up, as its the easiest cake in the world & so quick to make! You could make it anyway, but just dont give it as a birthday cake! Anyways, even if it did go wrong, Im sure your dad would be so happy to receive a homemade cake from his daughter.
When I lived at home I was well known for awful baking, I could cook tho so that helped, & my wonderful Dad would always eat what I baked even if it came out a disaster! x

Ive not been on plan today :( did so well until we went out for tea and i went for chicken frajita nachos!!! they were very yummy though!

having a good weekend though, little weird having his mum going on about getting wedding brouchers though when we're not engaged. i pointed this out to her and was told yeah but you need a uear or so to plan a wedding.... its like yeah and when we get engaged we'll start that lol

Ladies am tryin to jazz up next weeks meal plans and limit the damage caused by my mindless eating. Just wondering what you use your healthy extras on?
Mine is usually milk for coffee and bread but since I started doing the lemon to water thing am going off coffee and I deliberately didn't buy bread this week. I got ryvita and Philli light (had never tried any other kind ryvita except the whole grain one) so thought I would spruce it up a bit. I know there loads threads on this but just wondered what you all did and also what you tend have for lunch?

It's nice to pop on when feeling focused and positive about it all - but often I come on and rad minimins when I'm not feeling so good about it all as hearing how everyone else is getting on whether it be great losses or also struggling helps keep me on track. I do want to get married to my boyfriend, but id like him to propse before we start looking at venues, she even pointed out somewhere having a wedding fair in July!

I use my HEXs on all differnt things, i eat a lot of hifi bars but sometimes have bread or scan bran. i have cheese and milk as well either low fat chedder or skimmed milk, or sometimes i have lowlow cheese spread or philli light. oh and ive recently bought some musli as a HEB you dont get much but it fills you if you have it with a piece of fruit (i always put it in one of my little boys bowls)
 
I tend to have milk, low fat Cathedral City cheese or light phili cheese as HexA's. For HexB's it can be all sorts really depending what day I'm having. If its a Red day I have 200g of Jerseys. If its a Green I'll have have some meat/fish & the 2nd HexB I'll have alpen bars, oil, nuts, ryvitas, cheese, cereal, porridge....can't think of anymore!
Lunches, I'll have a sandwich, soup, salad, omelettes, scrambled eggs, beans on toast, tanned ravioli.

The other day DH bought some Hobnob Biscuit Flapjack bars......girls you must get some.....155 calories per bar so just under 8 syns......gorgeous! X

I'm really rubbish at using my hexas cos I'm lactose intolerant and don't really buy the fake stuff. I use my hexbs on pasta and bread on red days.

Kim i think we can write today off too. I've drunk so much tonight there's no way I'm within syns.

I really need a kick up the butt to get me back on it

I was up at 6 lol. I can never sleep after a drink but my step dad phoned me at like 6 30 n woke me!!

I edited the spelling mistakes lol.

Luckily no hangover woop. Hand planned a bike ride for today but looking outside I'm not sure that's gonna happen x
