Tad worried as it took so long to come off but back on plan as much as I can without pressure

Your still within target range so don't worry. It will come off x

I'm sure it'll come off quicker this time with it going on quickly as well, and your still within your range so don't stress yourself. Just get back on it 100% and hopefully you'll have a nice surprise next WI


Today's going to be slow :( there isn't really anyone I can go work with at school as everyone had yr 11's the lesson I can go in for..... so have to entertain myself all morning and afternoon with little one. Wouldn't mind but it has to be a Tuesday when I have WI and the hours drag anyway. Might dig out a book to read or something and think I'll do 30 min on the crosstrainer.
 
So WI this morning and 1.5lb loss. Don't really know my reactions on it, I suppose it is good because i did have 2 off plan days :)

Deb, try not to be disheartened as 1.5lbs is hardly nothing, but I can understand how you feel as Im such a slow loser as well. But not to be too blunt, it does go to show if we take our eye off the ball, it can come & bite us in the bum. Has it made you want to get back to plan 100%, or are you happy to carry on as you are? When you were on plan with your wine at the weekend you were having consistant losses, so you know you can do it & well xx

Nikki , most of us would kill for 1.5lbs off in a week, so you should be very pleased especially with your sneaky off plan days, so keep it up xx

I've still not shown as in the 8's yet on my mums scales.... but I'm going with slimming world ones as they're nicer to me lol

Deb, try not to be disheartened as 1.5lbs is hardly nothing, but I can understand how you feel as Im such a slow loser as well. But not to be too blunt, it does go to show if we take our eye off the ball, it can come & bite us in the bum. Has it made you want to get back to plan 100%, or are you happy to carry on as you are? When you were on plan with your wine at the weekend you were having consistant losses, so you know you can do it & well xx

Well I decided not to go on the crosstrainer, but cracked open my 6 week 6 pack DVD, so a 35 minute workout! Found some of it very hard, but I'm glad I did it :) feel great now! I love that feeling after having a shower after a good workout

It's weird when I first joined slimming world I weighed at 7 and it never really bothered me, but since moving and weighing at 5 I hate the wait. To be fair its probably a mixture of finding it harder to loose as I got smaller and having more unexpected gains, as when I was at my old group I pretty much lost every week. Also it was more recently I started talking on places like here, I think talking about it and seeing other people get nervous or weigh first thing makes me just want it over with lol.


Sat down with a cuppa and some syn free egg custards now after my workout. Looking forward to having a wispa gold later on, think I've earned it :)

Kim was thinking exact same. Yes I can have some lee way but I need something to keep me in line. Weekend was really bad, piggish in fact so it was deserved.
Yes am back on plan. Hate telling myself I am as it feels restrictive at times, counting Syns and measuring milk but its the only way. Will aim to do my best x
 
Glad you enjoyed the 6 pack DVD Donna, Im really looking forward to it as I can incorporate it with my cardio cycling. Glad its getting a bit warmer tho as I hate cycling in the wet, cold & wind as it is rather off putting!

Good for you Deb, Im sure we all get days when we want to rebel, but as you know those rebellious days can turn into weeks if you dont look out! Thats why you have us here, to try & keep you on the straight & narrow!
Your mission this week Deb if you wish to accept it is, to........be on plan 100% every day, count your wine into your Syns so you can have a full 105 for the week, have all your Hex's, do at least 3 lots of exercise for the week & report in everyday on the 100% Challenge.......do wish to accept?????!!!!!!! xx

God honestly my tummy feels like a rubbish tip. Feel awful with it. Hope your right. Really need find time to shred tonight.
