I'm in for week 8. Diary ready. Magazines all over living room floor for when I'm home from work. SW chilli bubbling away. Grapefruit for breakfast.

Yesterday was sf, 6 weeklies, 90min walk plus gym (not sure how to count gym time yesterday as a lot of it was induction so them
Showing you all the equipment and me not doing much lol!)

Still here just had a really busy weekend and work is mad at the min so just popping in to update 100% days

Doing good on food :) seem to be more on plan just had Sunday off but it wasn't that bad only a Sunday dinner at the pub and 2 red wines.

Sorry no time for exercise and not sure if I'll get any in this week but I am decorating Kate's room for her birthday so straight in from work and painting...... got to count for some exercise points ???
I am aching today from 2 days already so must be working some muscles ha ha. It will be at least 1/2 hour per night got till the 6th July to finish it for her 9th birthday going a little more grown up, bless her it's still her baby paint (yellow) we going blue/ white with pretty bedding when all finished I'll post a piccy :)

It's only 5 weeks now till holidays !!! Ordered some new clothes they should come tommorrow hope they all fit ordered all 12's :) xx
