Propoints suit busy days where you can just pick up food on the go or if I end up just having a small lunch/brekky then I can have evening snacks to take me up to my points.
Then for hungry days can still have all the meals I would have had on sw by doing simply filling as most of the free foods are the same as sw.
Just did sw on and off for so long that just found a change was exactly what I was needingx
