Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Received my pedometer in the post today & all I did was just potter round the house & walk into town that takes 5 minutes.........I walked 6300 steps which = 2.78 miles & I burnt 175 calories! So very curious to see how far I walk when Im working!

Oh interesting....does it tell you calories burnt too?
 
It tells you how many steps, miles, km's you walk & calories you burn all for £1.39.....bargain!

Wow wasn't half....I had one before but it kept falling off. May need to get one. Let us know how you get on x

Morning All!!

How is everyone today?

I've had such a good week and feeling super positive for WI on Friday :D not even sneaked a peak on the scales! Feeling very proud. I do hope this mind set will continue for the next 9 weeks, just feel like i'm wishing the time away for every WI day haha.
 
I am lurking too ;-) off work this week so find I am eating more than usual but still on plan! X

Yeh really like ww now - I love being able to swap between propoints and simply filling days.

Propoints suit busy days where you can just pick up food on the go or if I end up just having a small lunch/brekky then I can have evening snacks to take me up to my points.

Then for hungry days can still have all the meals I would have had on sw by doing simply filling as most of the free foods are the same as sw.

Just did sw on and off for so long that just found a change was exactly what I was needing :) x

1.5lb to target now as I had an incident involving free Krispy kremes last week lol! X
 
Haha gotta live a Krispy Kreme! I always have one when I go to harrods! Yummy! X
 
I am here but rebelling..off plan and being rubbish. I don't mind since am not pretending I am on plan. Just off it altogether. Decided I would relax again since I am away to caravan at weekend and off work for two weeks. When I get back from caravan I hoping I will be ready to re start again. I would be able to put little into nursery for few hours at least which will let me do my work outs if I wanted to. Happy days...for now ha ha glee your all doing well x x
 
*waves*... A very meek hello from me :p.

It's been ages ladies! I've been wildly off plan, have changed from the airport to a high street pub, went to Reading festival, been eating boaderline SW but basically if i've been wanting a treat or drink i haven't even thought twice about it. But even after allllll that, i'm still 9st11 SOMEHOW. Not that i'm complaining of course, but i'm ready to get on it and finally lose this weight!! x
