Hello!! :) i had an amazing time at Reading, was literally one of the best weekends i've ever had. Definitely going to hit many many more festivals. I really have no idea how i'm still floating around this weight, but like i say i'm not complaining xD just really need to up the exercise as i am still an actual blob x

Wi this morn 9.101/2 so that's a gain 3/4lb not happy at all but it's given me the kick I need to really get back on plan. So going write down all food again on my diary it is the only way to keep track and be 100%.
Got no nights out this week Kate's got a swim gala sat morn in Wolverhampton shes getting picked up at 7.30 so need to plan my food and take it with me to avoid eating crap from the vending machine ;-)

Don't worry about a little gain like that Ronnie. It could be all matter of things. Was it last weekend you to the wedding? It could just be catch up from there xx
 
Hello lovelies, just checking in - its been mad since I left London.. Tuesday was a bit of a disaster, but firmly back on plan now - you should see my fridge! Got my slow cooker on the go, ready for when I get home from the gym tonight :)

Sorry if I don't get to chat much, I'll pop in when I can. Blog is suffering too!! x

Well done on using your slow cooker Annie, mine is on too. Got a gorgeous superfree stew in (always have stew on a Thursday lol) no potatoes and lots of veg nom nom :-D
 
Ooo forgot about my slow cooker! May cook up something nice for dinner tomorrow in it x
 
Mine's got beef, beef stock, onion, garlic, mixed herbs, salt & pepper, carrot, parsnip, potato and sweet potato :)
 
I made a chilli in the slow cooker yesterday and it's made enough for tea last night and tonight :)

It's such a good feeling when you plan food and get it all prepared :)

I've picked up a swhartz (not sure spelling) mix for slow cooker chicken curry just need work out syns but they usually about 6, well the chilli one is. There were quite a few for slow cookers :)
So easy when you at work 8.30-6.00 x
 
I left this morning at 06:30 and will be back after 21:00 - slow cooker = godsend! It'll be ready to dish up and right away and so nice and tender!
 
Had a nice realisation today - just put on my workout gear and liked what I saw in the mirror! It's not perfect but feels great to feel good in my own body.

Wow so would I....how toned is your tummy. Good for you missus. I put on the dreaded swimming costume and and apart from the cellulite I didn't mind what I saw. Really need to tone up tho

Hannah I am 5ft2 and currently 9st 1.5lb I am aiming for 9stone so nearly there now :) x
 
Hey girls, haven't been on in ages but just wanted to pop in and say hi. Looks like you're all super motivated again! V glad to hear. I am bumping along at 9.8 - really want to get below but seem to have a mental block more than anything and go off the rails! In non-diet news - I'm engaged! V excited and starting to try on dresses as the date is set for next June so really want to be at my goal weight for then. X
