no i hadnt at that stage but came home had beans on toast with salad and did a workout felt much better... hoping the scales has moved even slightly by saturday :)

Maybe try spreading your hexbs out. It could be because ubhadnt had any carbs all day x

I'm having a nightmare worrying about next week now though, Thursday is the first day of that running club and my boyfriend has a open evening and noones telling him when it starts or finishes! I need to know whether to sort something out for little one or not!

Takeawayqueen, maybe you should try spreading the HEB's could be a carb crash, I've never had problems with it myself but other people have said about it. As for not loosing how many syns are you having. Sounds crazy but if I don't have at least 10 syns a day (or ten on average if I do them weekly for a special occasion) then I'll just maintain, it won't make you gain weight, but its under eating (although that sounds crazy as your eating loads of free and superfree) and can cause you to stop loosing

Ladies I could actually cry. I kid has just asked me if I am pregnant :'-(

He's had two this week and two next. It's a pain in the bum, that on top of the meetings, wouldn't mind so much as obviously I know its part of his job, but they don't let him know what's going on until the last minute.

Oh no :( How did that come about? from the pics you've posted you def don't look it :( are you wearing jumpers? I know I always look bigger in jumpers, given in and put one on today but everyone was convinced I'd lost loads of weight since Christmas a few months ago and it was like no, I obviously just look a lot bigger in my jumpers :(

I actually got new clothes for work and ive been wearing the tight lycra skirts (from the kids school bit haha) with a skirt so not baggy at all :-( Im gonna proper blast it at the gym tonight lol

Do you know I think kids just say things to wind you up. Cruel at times. Seriously I wouldn't take it too heart. Know it can be hard, esp if your not in right frame of mind for it but try to. You look great
 
Morning wi this morn and up 3/4 so now 9.113/4 it did day 9.103/4 but 2nd & 3rd was up to 113/4 so need to take the gain I think. But at least I'm back on track the last 2 days so not feeling to negative about it.
Was talking to hubby about it and he's like " it's not real fat cause you don't eat massive amount " I'm like we'll what is it then cause I'm now 6lb heavier than my lightest ????? Confused
Anyway I've decided I need to get to 9.3 to begin to be happy so that's what I'm aiming for now !!

kids are cruel and its probably nothing to do with how you look it's just for a reaction, don't take it to heart xx
 
Vic try not to let them get to you - if you are fitting into KIDS clothes you cannot be looking big!!

Well now that I am officially at target I'm going to attempt just tracking my food in my diary but not pointing or weighing anything.

Interested in seeing if I end up eating too much/little to maintain naturally and then depending on how that goes can increase/decrease my intake accordingly.

Feels really strange and free I am really enjoying it. Planning on a Chinese and some treats at the weekend since it will be my first weekend at target! :-D but so at havnt been too crazy with food. X

Just made my hot chocolate to find out that my boyfriend has eaten all the marshmallows. I'm really annoyed, (actually called him a fat b) which might have been over the top but its messed all my syns up now for the night! as I have to still have the hot chocolate but I'd wanted the marshmallows as well, its not as nice without them :( plus what really annoys me is he doesn't really like them he did just eat them one day because he was being greedy and they were there
 
I might end up bring a piggy when I'm not counting points but going to give it a try as interested in seeing how I eat naturally before I resort to having to experiment for a few weeks seeing how many points I need to use to maintain.

First 2 days not counting have been pretty restrained but Chinese, cider, chocolate and crisps shall feature at the weekend then hopefully I can go back to being restrained again during the week!! I find if I allow myself an evening off plan weekly then I find it much easier to be good the rest of the time so hopefully the same will work for maintenance.

It's a bit scary knowing it can go 2 ways - either people seem to keep losing and really struggle to eat more (I love food so don't see this being a problem lol) or just go off the rails again. Eek! X
 
Oh and Donna I love marshmallow fluff on my hot choc makes it so much better, real mallows aren't veggie so I don't have them anymore boo :-(

Infact I really want a hot choc now might need to have one :) x
 
We've both apologised over the mallow incident lol. I am still gutted though, but we're shopping again tomorrow so can have some for next time. How many syns is the fluff and does it go okay in hot chocolate, I've seen it but wouldn't have thought of using it in hot choc, bet its really nice as its just the gooeyness.

The only way you will find out is by trying it your way, if you gain your only going to gain a lb or so not loads and loads so if it doesn't work you can change your tactic next week. I don't see why you wouldn't maintain doing what your planning though
 
I'm sure fluff is really low in syns too but no idea how many sorry. I like it as its like already melted mallows :-D it can be dangerous to have around though - much like nutella I tend to resort to eating it straight from the jar with a spoon or my finger :p it used to be really pricey as had to be imported from America but quite a few of the supermarkets stock it now and it's only about £1.50 from what I remember. X
 
Mmmmmmmmmmm I want a hot choc worth marsh mellows!!!!

Ladies I had forgotten how amazing it feels to do a REALLY good gym session. I never really push my self as hard at home as I do at the gym. I've just done an hour of attack then an hour of conditioning and my calorie thing says I've burnt 1500 calories!!!!! And I feel awesome!! Well tonight I do anyways lol x
