Well I'm in a really shitty mood today. Men trouble is all I'm gonna say.....got some serious thinking n planning to do

For info.....cake still intact. I am not gonna eat the cake just cos I'm mad/upset.

I swear I don't know why I have been married at times. Men are soooo frustrating :-(
 
I love the graze boxes, I get one every month or so (have it set weekly on a Wed but keep pushing them back) if you don't like something (such as olives) you can tick never send so you won't end up with something you don't want :)
 
Donna, would you mind doing me a favour & looking up on syns on line for Tesco tinned Beef Ravioli in tomato & minced beef sauce. I've just found some tins in the back of the cupboard & am querying the syns as did a search & keep getting different values........cheers madears

Kim i was looking for syns in auntie bessy swede and carrot. its frozen as cant be doing with hacking at swede then trying mash it. not having it now though.
the graze box has an offer of a free box..the main and only reason i was attracted to be honest..scared i would eat it all in one go lol

guys struggling today..can't wait to get to work to get on track. used 3.5 syns on ww ocean pie (if that is right amount) and eaten packet square crisis. feels like i am using syns far too quickly. i know i am still on plan, just want eat everything and no idea what plan to follow. ocean pie based on green or ee...hate days like this :-(

I'll check syns for tesco things and aunt bessies for you both when i get home :) at a childrens party at the mo, really proud of myself while little and boyfriend were eating sandwiches, cake, puzza, sausage rolls ect. i sat munching pickled onions and a coke zero!
 
On a positive note as bad as I feel today I haven't touched the cake but I did come pretty close n had a look at it but put lid back on. Here's the pic to prove I haven't buckled

i thought ee would be best too. made dinner yet don't fancy it. been like this all day. was meant have sausage casserole, having red day, that's what i planned and tried keep healthy extra for cereal bar. then found the ocean pie which is high value syns on the website though though it would be less on red day? now i have used all my syns and don't feel like dinner. not good day all round x
 
I know these pre packed meals are handy, but if you can try & avoid them as they're high in syns & work out expensive when you could make the whole meal syn free & cheaper. If you had the pie as a Red day, you would have to have the potato as a HexB or syn the whole lot.
Its done now, but dont despair as tomorrow is a new day :) x

i have checked twice and it says 3.5 syns for green day. all i have had today is that ocean pie whichand healthy extra bread for toast this morning. i need to syn it but that means i can still do green day?
thinking it does. not hungry now but means i can have cheese n toast later?
it was an oldie in freezer and was on offer at one pound...lol would rather the syns but was quite nice.
i had a word with myself...i havent did anything wrong, have syns to play with if need be so need stop over thinking x x

If you want to make your own oceon pie you could always top with the carrot and swede mash on a red day instead of having potato, never tried it like that but sounds like a nice red meal.




Unsure what this WI is going to be like :/ I haven't done anything major but had a few extra's where I shouldn't... a couple of extra bites of cake on Thursday, didn't measure my custard yesterday and had a couple of bites of flapjack today.... don't know whether to eat the rest of the flapjack for my syns today or have the topic which I was planning on having yesterday and then keep syns below 10 tomorrow. Hoping that I'm averaging 15 syns a day this week and that with my running I can get away with that, but its hard when I don't know how many syns the cake or flapjack will be.
 
Decided I had nothing to lose since I have a big meal out tomorrow night so wouldn't lose this week anyway on ww I doubt as already used up a fair few points at the weekend.

So today was my first fast day, I was expecting it to be really hard but its actually been fine. You still get food it's not a total fast - so 2 days of 500 calories and the other 5 days you eat whatever you fancy. Sounds a bit good to be true. Never tried any fad diets (only ever done sw and simply filling which is very similar) but curious as keep hearing about it. So thought why not experiment this week when I am not expecting a loss anyway.

It's meant to have all sorts of health benefits too and get you back in tune with when you are hungry or not and there's not the same level of guilt associated with food as nothing is off limits - if you want it you can have it 5 days out of 7 lol.

Today was porridge for breakfast, no lunch but lots of water and green tea. Just had my dinner of lots of onion and pepper with fajita spice and a small wholemeal wrap. Think I have a few calories left for a little fruit too.

Helps to have busy days and I was working today so wasn't too bad at all. It's just an experiment really, will try it this week and see how that goes.

It's strange coz normally I eat a lot, but hunger doesn't actually get that bad - I guess I always eat when I get hungry so sort of assumed the hunger would get worse and worse if you ignore it but turns out it fades pretty quickly if you just have a drink and keep busy. X

not sure but i also had about four tangerines. the ocean pie was filling then i used syns for chewy delight bar plus pack square crisps and had cheese n toast. realised i am coming to end of my pill which is probably why i want to eat my weight in chocolate. i am about to go and tally up my syns as i really want chocolate. need decide if it is worth using my syns though as don't want to go without...literally wanting it all today ha ha
also got symptoms akin to when i was pregnant last time. too much going on in my head

you do so well with exercise donna. what are you hoping for at weigh in?

do you count your drinks as well? never tried anything like it either but did see it in the paper. guy o know did slim fast lost loads. he has kept it off too which is a rarity as he is the first i know who stuck to it and kept it off
you are happy on ww though are you not? where are you off to for dinner? just being nosey as i want to eat the world ha

My boyfriend knows someone on the 5:2 diet, she said its healthy because it gives your digestive system a rest.... again I'm not sold, since when did it need a rest?


I was hoping for a 2lb loss, but would be happy with any loss to be honest. I'll actually cry if I gain, but I doubt I will, I'll be annoyed if I do as although I let a couple of things slip in they're really not that bad are they? I'll also be annoyed if I maintain, but more with myself for not counting everything.

Try and work out your syns, if you have some spare you might as well use them on some chocolate :)
 
I guess it could make you think when u r really hungry.
Thats one of the 'problems' with sw because you r told food is free you assume you can wat until you are bursting. I think portion control is where I really go wrong as I will eat massive dishes of food even if im npt hungry just because its there and 'free'. I think the 5:2 diet does have similar principals to the judd as thats up days and down days isnt it? Sp some days you have loads of calories and others barely anything.
