How have you got by with only eating that all day? I've had 10 times that lol, but yeah if its only 3.5 syns on green and you've only eaten toast you could have it as a green day and still have more syns and your healthy extra's for snacks later
If you want to make your own oceon pie you could always top with the carrot and swede mash on a red day instead of having potato, never tried it like that but sounds like a nice red meal.
Unsure what this WI is going to be like :/ I haven't done anything major but had a few extra's where I shouldn't... a couple of extra bites of cake on Thursday, didn't measure my custard yesterday and had a couple of bites of flapjack today.... don't know whether to eat the rest of the flapjack for my syns today or have the topic which I was planning on having yesterday and then keep syns below 10 tomorrow. Hoping that I'm averaging 15 syns a day this week and that with my running I can get away with that, but its hard when I don't know how many syns the cake or flapjack will be.
