Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Well syns will be high today, only just got back from hospital they suggested we don't take little one out as don't know how well he'll be tonight. I almost fainted myself because I'm a wuss, I think it was a mixture of how hot it was in there, seeing some of the other children come out and not be well ect. I went to get some water but walked round the corner and couldn't see any and paniced, my legs just gave in and I fell on the floor.....

So I don't think racing is a good idea for me as I've not eaten at all today yet and would have to set off in half an hour, also really don't want to leave little one. So I'll do a little run by myself tomorrow

we've just ordered pizza though, which is where my syns are coming from

Oopsie! I would suggest to keep your blood sugars up & drink lots of water & good idea not to do any exercise if you went flakers! Hope you feel better now x
 
Donna thats a shame about the wee guy - i assume they are letting you stay in with him? shame they didnt forewarn you before now? yes you need to take kims advice and eat up and dont feel guilty. Hope your both ok
 
ladies who knows the best way to combat love handles? iam doing the shred as you all know but apart from the twists we do i dont feel it working on my sides? is there a proper name for love handles? perhaps i should google lol

Just keep doing what you're doing, as CV will help combat the 'love handles'! Maybe do some extra side stretches/bends/twists.

Thats so spooky that you should talk about 'love handles', because I was sorting out all my photos on my laptop last night & came across a gross picture of me from a few years ago with huge 'love handles'! So I thought I would take some photos of me now & there is quite a difference, so............watch out below coz its very scary!!!!!!

sorry deb, i meant they suggested not taking him out as in for a meal, he's home and doing hetter then me lol. i feel worse then when i have given blood, drained and just went to get more water and my legs were still a bit wobbly. i think yhe worse part was waiting for them to call us to see him after he'd come round again but seeing some of the kids who had come round but werent doing to well, one had the gas and not the injection and when he came out he was screaming and trying to make himself sick :(


ive just had a pear as after pizza and chips dont think chocolate to keep blood sugars up is a good idea



looking fab kim, im well jelous.. i have a right pot belly at the mo, dont know if it was just a little bloatedness yesterday.

Well done Jo thats a great loss. Are you doing anything different now,because you were struggling a few weeks ago?

No not really Kim. I'm just measuring my milk out now and only using that instead of pouring freehand.
I'm not going to group cos studying too much. Not getting stressed about slimming is probably helping
Other than that not really but I know my attitude to eating fruit & veg has altered since weather got nicer so maybe I suffer with SAD
Just happy it's coming off :)
 
Vicky are you still doing the 30 Day Squat Challenge? Im on day 15 today &amp; my outer thighs/quads are KILLING me! I have to do it in stages coz I cant manage anymore than 40 at a time coz its too sore, so I wait about 5 mins &amp; then go again! My glutes/hamstrings aren't sore &amp; thats what Im supposed to be working on as I keep my stance quite wide......my arse is still flabby haha!

Yer I'm on day 17, I do them in sets of 20 :)
 
Well I have been in the hair dressers all day! I have had extensions, my hair is now to my waist n is frickin awesome!

My besti has started the hypnosis I do as well. She Follows ww but works shifts so doesn't always go to same group, anyways she has lost 2.5lbs since sat o is really happy, she has more to lose so it does come of fast but I was so happy it's worked for her too :)

Kim that is one hell of a transformation and if that is your tummy and waist now you are one in shape lady!! how did you manage to lose so much? how much have you lost in total? i dont see where you are carrying fat at all on your tummy?

Ah sorry donna, confused but sorted now lol - glad he is at home x

i took my heels off today and realised my calf muscle is sore - must have hurt it slightly doing the shred. Am taking the night off and using that as an excuse but mainly because i know i cant be bothered tonight and when i cant i struggle. Whats getting me most though is the guilt from not doing it WTF - suppose its better to do it they way i am as opposed to not doing it
must say i admire everyone who keeps at the excericse til they see results as that is the hardest part for me - nothing changing overnight so need to work on that though i feel like i can feel my bum now as opposed to just fat if that makes sense and in the morning i can see a shape slightly on my tummy - must be getting there x

It's nice to be going in the right direction again cos I was getting pretty frustrated with it.
I think since I have got into smaller size clothes that has given me a real incentive to keep going & it's 12 weeks til I go to Barcelona then it will be Vegas 4 weeks after that so gotta get rid of the flab

You look amazing in those pics......hope I can get as small as that before my hols

Probably best to take the night off as you wouldn't want to make your ankle worse, there's always another day *sough-today-cough* ;)

I worried I'd hurt my ankle when I collapsed yesterday, but it seems fine now so looking forward to going on a gentle run after dropping little one off at school this morning :) it will make up for missing the race yesterday but also want to take it steady for the half marathon on Sunday.
