Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Omg Jo that would really annoy me!! Seriously why do managers do such things, they are wasting their own time as well as yours. I hope you are getting paid for all your extra work you have put it hun. Xx

Nope managers don't get paid overtime so I've done it for absolutely nothing whereas I thought I was doing it to make a difference and get it off my desk completed before my holiday rather than leave it half done
 
Thanks Nikki, I'm well chuffed. Just filling all my forms in ready to take in tomorrow (going to be a rush as have to sort the books out for the library at the primary school and then get down to my new school with the forms before 10 O'Clock) but will all be worth it :)

Nope it's complete waste.
Basically when I delete it I have lost all the data in the database.
The only thing I can do is whack the guy round the head with the 2 reams of paper it took to complete and hope it knocks some sense into him

I'm still mad about it now, n I left work at 5.30(again doing an extra hour)

I just think to myself I have slaved away n pulled out all the stops for nothing. He better not ask for any favours any time soon is all I can say

morning ladies...very happy to report a small 0.25 loss today. bang on 8st 6lb. chuffed!!
going to make sure i up the running attempts as i was only out twice. looking forward to it. i can't believe i am sticking to all this. think this is my longest attempt lol

Im going to take pictures of the scales... that worked for me last time and proves to everyone it is true.

Ronnie, im going to make you a happy lady, cos when we started the Challenge on June 10th you were 10.3 so thats a loss of 2.25lbs!

Well done Debs, all those ounces mount up and you did have an off plan day on Wednesday. You should be very proud of yourself cos as you say this is the longest you've stuck to it.

I have a feeling my WI on the 3rd wont be very good, as my * week is overdue AGAIN and I feel very bloated plus I've had a lot of off plan days this month. But hopefully since I've been on plan I've limited some of the damage. As long as I stay in the 8's I wont be too upset.

Well you've obviously been doing something right Ronnie. Our bodies can get stuck in a rut and plateau, so its always good to mix it up x

am going to try mixing up this week. will be happy to tone at this stage but over the moon for a loss. i was slightly ahem constipated before weigh in so i live in hope that i weigh less..also hoping to up the running and may do session of jillian so will just take what scales give me.
my boobs are so soft and saggy ugh....bit random lol

guys what's the deal with olive oil and it being healthy extra? how many mils do we get?
 
Morning everyone, well done on the losses ladies :)


was well worth it Nikki, I actually decided half an hour before I had to get him there that it made more sense to drop little one off at breakfast club, so to my new school and then go back to do the library as it would mean less rushing about. I obviously had to rush to get ready but it def worked out for the best as I had loads to do for the library. Was lovely going into my new school as well, I love it and was great seeing people there.


Had a bit of a nightmare the rest of the day, little one has managed to lose his bag between breakfast club and class... I know its somewhere in school but where I don't know. Library seemed to take forever and I had to rush to a cash machine as my avon order was ready today but I didn't have enough time to go to the free one so ended up having to pay for one, which is well rubbish. Weathers been miserable. Work was okay to be fair and its Friday :)


Not sure what the plan food wise is today, I'm going to do my best to be good, but we're off to the cinema to see man of steel and there's loads of nice places to eat around there so not sure if boyfriend might suggest eating out again with it just being the two of us. If he does I may be good but may not. I haven't had any syns or any healthy extra's yet though and so far I've had no meat, so if we don't eat out I'll have a green day.

Thanks Debs. Not sure what the scales will say on Wednesday, but all my clothes feel the same and I can still feel my ribs sticking out lol! This is the longest I think I've maintained my weight, so im pretty pleased.

You get 1tbsp of extra virgin olive oil for a hexb or its 6 syns

Yes, your milk will be one of your hexa's and the extra virgin olive oil will be one of your hexb's x
 
Craving chocolate like mad and got as far as bringing half a box of Thorntons into my snug, but knew I wouldn't be able to have just a few, so they've gone back into the fridge. I checked online and each chocolate works out at approx 3 syns and there's 12 chocs, so that would 36 syns!!! So I've just made myself a cup of Hot Chocolate!
