I had a Muffin with an egg at lunch and then a Mexican burger for my dinner at the pub. It was awful, felt instantly better after though and feel better this morning but just waiting to have something to eat.

Haha, but its true I would need an oxygen mask I was that high up lol! Am loving the new air bed, no more pumping it up cos it came with a little motor.

As I said in a post to Ronnie, half the battle is psychological and if you read what I wrote yesterday in my own diary, I really should listen to my own advice as well!
You are not disgusting.......can you tell me anyone who doesn't eat snacks/high carb/fatty/sugary foods with a hangover?! You rarely go out, dont have your wine at weekends very much anymore, so what is wrong in feeding a hangover that happens once in a blue moon.....its NORMAL! So stop beating yourself up about it, its done now, so back on plan and do some damage limitation. If you have asmall gain this week it doesn't really matter cos you need to look at the bigger picture on how well you've done. Focus on the holiday as you have a few more weeks and stick to plan til then.....lecture over lol!
Aaw, thanks for the congrats, cant believe we're going to be Grandparents.....aren't we too young? Really happy for Danni and G and cant wait to go out for a visit when the bubba comes. Just need to decide on names for us both cos neither of us want the traditional names cos we're too young lol!

Aaw thanks Ronnie. The advice I like to give is what I would like to hear myself. I would love to be a consultant but you have to be a member I believe, so I'll make do on here lol!
Will be thinking of you tonight and no freaking out about what the scales say. Its the first positive step and they can only go downwards. You know what you need to do, so you're at an advantage, but my only advice would be to plan and keep an honest daily diary. Let us know how you get on and we'll all look forward to the Xmas Challenge to get everyone to target x

know your right. not been feeling good. not sure if on top of hangover i have bug. keep feeling sick as if some thing is eating my tummy ugh

yeah i struggled thru three miles. OH feeling bit similar so think we caught what my friend had before i went to hers at the weekend. oh Kim about two bottles wine or not far off it. scales were back to 8st 1lb today after two lb gain but to be honest am just eating whatever when the waves nausea pass. weird as i can be fine one minute then sick feeling next ugh ugh

Sounds as tho you have a tummy bug if a few of you feel the same. Just drink plenty and see if you can flush it out.

Kim this week was a STS for me, weighed at home. I have 4 more weigh ins until I got to centre parcs. Fingers crossed for 4 good weeks now :)
 
Always a good idea to take your trainers Deb, as a good run can blow away the cobwebs and if you go first thing in the morning, it will set you up for the day x

Well done on the sts Nikki, especially after your hectic food fueled weekend x

twice today i have had that over ate feeling. really don't want to put on weight before the challenge ends..when does new one start? duh just realised it will start after my holiday x
 
Hey ladies sorry just been busy or feeling ill (just stupid horribly heavy TOTM bleh!) so not been good at catching up on here!

Have mostly been on track this week I think. Some galaxy counters and salted caramel ice cream may have featured but nothing to excess ;-)

Looks like the wee premature baby will be getting home soon maybe this weekend or start of next week. He was meant to be in until his due date at end of this month but is doing well :)

And my other nephew started school today wow can't believe he's that old already :-O Scottish school summer holidays start much earlier so they started back today.
