Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

I'm happy to report a loss of 1.5lbs as well taking me to 8st 7.75lbs, so 0.75lbs from target......yay! Have 1 more week til we go away, so hopefully that pesky 0.75lb will be gone!

My gosh Deb, thats 10.5lbs you've lost in 10 weeks! Bloody brilliant, as I've not known you to lose like this before (no offence meant lol!) OK, now you cant take you're eye off the ball as you have another 2 weeks til you go on holiday, so keep the momentum going and either maintain this weight or lets see if you can get another pound or so off for the lea way of holiday.
Your body shape must look quite different, cos I know if I lose 10lbs its a lot for me and you're shorter than me! You need to post some recent pics of you compared to the initial ones you too a few months back and you'll see such a difference x
 
Gave Rick Stein a dust off and Im doing a curry buffet for dinner tonight. Hubby goes on leave from today, so thought I would cook him something special. Im even going to make some chapati's! Its made with brown chapati flour, not wholemeal, so I may have a little tweak tonight, work out the calories and if 1 equals approx 120 calories/6syns, I may have to have 1 as my hexb! Dont think the whole meal will have many syns, so will work them out as I start cooking.
Im doing a Chana masala (Chickpea curry), Tandoori chicken with raita and homemade mango chutney and pineapple chutney, chapati's and side salad......should be fairly low syn!

And a great big WELL DONE TO DEB!!!!! OMG you have done amazing 10lb in 10 weeks is fantastic you must be over the moon :))) post a new pic bet you look great (although I thought you looked great before, but you know what I mean lol )

Day 3 for me and been 100% got day off work today so going do some sorting at home so busy day just had a good walk in town so a little bit of exercise (better than nothing ) ha :)

guys thank you so much. i am really really pleased. Kim i have never ever in my life lost so much weight. ok after my baby but still not been where i am for years through proper trying. i really do not know how it has happened as there has been a few dodgy weeks, esp this week.
my plan is to have a good feed tonight..take away Indian but only halving it. jeans are hanging off me. barring the next few weeks where i will keep doing what i have been doing for holiday sake i won't be going any lower than the weight i am.
plan to up the running again as my effort hasn't been there. time will tell if the pill will be detrimental but i think my mindset is what has did it. i can have certain food but straight away i feel yucky and i know i need to stay focused.
of course you guys help massively x

Amazing results today ladies huge well done and especially to Deb that's fantastic!!

I had a 0.75lb loss happy with that now only 1.75 peskly lb away from target! X

Deb, just carry on as you are til your holiday and maybe just add in another hexb/extra syns if you want to maintain.
Haha, I'm a bit like that too with a baggy arse! My 10's are way too big, so slowly getting a new wardrobe.....how about you?

Haha, you know me so well as I am stubborn lol! The trouble is the new painkiller I've started seems to have suppressed my appetite and makes me nauseous, which isnt good! Really peed off today cos I've spent all afternoon prepping and cooking a lovely Indian buffet and its going in the fridge cos I feel too nauseous to eat it! Hubby really understanding and probably secretly happy cos he's having a chippy!
