Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Thanks ladies! I'm hoping it isn't dehydration from the wine I had. I'm not going to weigh now for a couple of days and have a couple of super healthy days xx

Wi tomorrow so will that be week 1 ? Last week I was 10.6 so that can be my starting weight.

R we going to post every day wether we've been 100% again like last time that really helped because I wanted to stay on track

I've got a night out Saturday where I think it's takeaway and hubby had said were getting a taxi cause we not been out since our holiday back in July .... OMG I lead such a boring life all work no play and still can't lose weight ha ha can you imagine what I'd weigh if I socialised more ....
Really want to stay on track but then thinking its one meal and should just enjoy my night out/off and not count it
What do you think ??

definitely go for it. life is far too short to not enjoy the good times. get back on track the next day x

3 months today is my final weigh in!
 
Can't wait to start. I'm probably gonna change weigh day though cos I start college for 6 weeks & that's on a Wednesday evening.
I'll let you know how I get on though

Today is Day 1 for me. I weighed myself this morning and scales said 9st 6.8lbs so put on 1.2lbs over the weekend. I think I just anything in sight since I knew I was starting the diet today.

I think I did well enough today. I made a chilli for dinner thinking it will be all free but as it turns out I use lean mince which works out 2 syns per 100g. So I work the portions as 3 syns. Just getting used to all this.

You don't mind if I join in on the challenge? I had challenge myself to get down to 8 stone in 11 weeks starting today just in time for all the Christmas parties and so I can fit comfortably in a nice dress.

Hi Sinead. Dont worry about the little gain as I'm sure we're all guilty of a little pig out before we start a new diet!
It does take time to get used to all the 'rules' of SW, but we're always here to help if you get stuck.
Of course you're welcome to join the Challenge, I'll add you on.
If you dont mind, tell us a bit about yourself. We've all been chatting for over a year now, so 'know' each other quite well and have been thru some ups and downs!
