Come on Kim !!! You can do it !!!you've done it before so you can do it again !!! R u going post your food on your diary I'm neglecting my diary too but still keeping a written on to keep eye on it Shall we have a mini challenge again when we post on here every day 100% days hex and syns used it kept us all on the straight and narrow before, :)) That bloke was right on one thing we are ruled by the numbers we see on the scales and not the bigger picture x

I'm up to 8st11 today :( so kick up the bum needed here too!!!
 
OK, Im up for a mini challenge ! Last year when I called target at 8.11, I started to do EE days with an added HexB and it worked for me cos I continued to lose weight and the main reason I want to do that again is I cant give up my 60g of granola lol! Its a good job I'm still fairly focused or I would end up eating at least 100g of it cos I'm totally addicted !

So how shall we do this mini challenge then Ronnie? x

I suppose Kim, it just feels like I'm going off the rails a bit! Think I get scared when I get to upper end of target.
 
Rubbish day today.... nothing seems to be going right

Had my dinner (savoury rice in the food flask) but realised at lunch that I'd not boiled the kettle so I had a flask of cold water and raw rice :( ended up having to buy a baguette

Was it a wholemeal baguette ? If it was, have 60g as a hexb and syn the rest. If it was a white one just syn it......all is not lost !

I was potentially going to have a bad day as well, as am desperate for chocolate, but NO, I will not give into the temptation that is a huge Galaxy bar from Morrisons ! I haven't got it, but hubby is a bad 'un and as soon as I mention the word chocolate, he was going to go and get it, but I've come on here instead to try and beat the chocolate demon lol!

White, they don't have any wholemeal bread at school.... its bad really :( my food is just way off this weekend, we're off to the Christmas market and stopping at friends tomorrow (plan was to have low syns the rest of the week but it just hasn't happened) I NEED those scales here now so I can at least guilt myself a little more. Decided if I can I'm going to start the shred again as well, I know its more in what we eat then the exercise but doing the shred will surely still do me some good.

I just sat here and realised the only syns in my risotto was 30g butter and it made 3 servings! Surprising how I plan to have an off plan meal an it actually isn't!!

We won't talk about the pate, bread and cookie x

It was lovely thanks.

We had homemade bread and pate, which was 5 6 syns and I've tweaked a HEXB.

Risotto which was about 3 syns each.

Cookies were 5 syns a cookie and I had 2.

Then I had 2 glasses of wine and 1 vodka.

It would have been more but I managed to drop my vodka glass which was full and it shattered and then the first glass of wine I knocked over too haha

Friday 100% Kim, but today another off plan day!! Breakfast was fruit & yoghurt. Sunday lunch was beef & loads of veg. BUT homemade apple crumble for dessert!! So. It sure of syns for that. Back on plan tomorrow.....promise:)
 
Mmm sounds lovely Nikki.....think I would of been a bit peed off about the dropped vodka and spilt wine tho lol !
