Thanks ladies it's amazing how losing a few stone can make you feel. I'am only 5.4 but did have 41/2inch heels on lol the dress is lipsy and it's a size 12 but was comfy maybe a little bit big so I was so chuffed xx

It can take a while to get your head round the plan and the amount of food you can eat!!

That's an amazing loss! Welldone! No weigh in for me this week ( can't fit it in before work and away this weekend ) xxx
 
Weighed in today. Feel a bit dissappointed . Only lost -1lb. I shouldn't be I guess . It's right direction and only 3lb left till my pre preggers weight. Now 9st 10 lb x
